The shower needs fixing. The railing of the balcony is pretty low. So I wouldn’t recommend opening the balconydoors travelling with small children or when you have a problem with heights..

It was hard to find the place.

Clean, very well located, paid parking nearby. All in all, good value for money.

It is quite noisy- not only outside which is understandable given the peak season and the airport located relatively close to the city, but also inside, we could hear every time someone turned on the water, etc… if you are sensitive to the noise, it could be a problem.

The apartment is spacious and situated in the centre of Heraklion. It has every thing you need and it all works. Marina was very nice and helped us with all our doubts.

It has no parking, so you have to parl in the street, which depending in the hour could be complicated.

Mariana was very helpful and made herself available whenever we needed. She is a very kind person. The property has almost anything we needed. « Almost » only because a microwave would have been useful for us.

The position.

4 evenings out of 6 we didn't have hot water and we couldn't take a shower when we came back from the beach. Even if the owner was informed from the beginning about this, the problem persisted until the last day. During the day (between 10am and 6 pm) there was hot water.
