Adorable studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, TV satellite, Internet, toute nouvelle kitchenette entièrement équipée avec vaisselle et services publics, nouvelle salle de bain avec douche, chauffage et air renversé. Un bloc de la rue principale, marchez jusqu'à tout. Un pâté de maisons du Centre for the Arts. Adorable petit espace en plein cœur du centre-ville de Grass Valley. À distance de marche de tout le centre-ville. 1 pâté de maisons du Centre des Arts. Espace studio de 350 pc avec lit queen, cuisinette et salle de bain, petite table, chaise, tabouret et TV. Un super refuge.

We always enjoy staying at the Love Shack! It is so convenient to downtown and always clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at this location for 4 nights, bringing along my well-behaved adult cat. This was absolutely perfect for our needs! The description is 100% accurate, the location is spectacular, and the communication w/ Trish was consistent and timely.
The unit is extremely clean and adorable, w/ modern appliances and overall feel. The unit it well-stocked supplies, including quality cooking tools (i.e., pots/pans)!
Truthfully, I already miss the shower! Ha
It comes with an off-street parking space, which makes things super convenient.
Past renters have voiced issues w/ noise from above level (i.e., hear them walking/talking). Perhaps I got lucky, but the noise was extremely minimal and did not cause any issues.
Ultimately, I give me vote of confidence for this unit and management! Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The Love property was perfect for my stay. Close to shops and dining as well. Trish was accessible when needed and the property was just as the listing said it would be. No complaints at all! Would recommend to anyone and hope to stay there again in the future.

Loved staying in the little love nest right in the middle of Grass Valley. Great access to town, easy parking, easy to use facilities, wonderful warm landlord. Recommend it to anyone in need of easy accomodation

We stayed for a week. The property is right downtown. The host gave great communication. We appreciated how well stocked the place was with towels and coffee. I have brain damage and like quiet it was very peaceful even though it’s a downstairs unit. Thanks it’s a gem!

This was our second stay at the Love Shack and it remains our numer 1 choice for convenient walks to downtown, comfort and the extra touches offered with the studio suite!

I will start by saying I will be going back. Great place for a couple to get away. Very private and walking distance to all Nevada City has to offer, dining, shopping, ect.

The best location to walk everywhere in downtown Grass Valley. The apartment is wonderfully decorated / modern / great decor. Easy parking and very accommodating host! Perfect for 1/2 people that are looking for an alternative to hotel room with extras + great price point!!

Property manager was great with communication. Only negative was that you can hear the people walking around in the unit above through the ceiling. Other than that it was perfect!

The kitchenette (two gas burners, microwave) was well stocked with utensils and pots. The room was nicely furnished, very comfortable for the two of us. Right off downtown, making most trips very walkable (we did drive up to the Briar Patch Coop for groceries and charging, the fast charger there is cheaper than the L2 charger at the hotel behind this property).
We will definitely check for vacancy here next time we head to Grass Valley, or just need a weekend getaway.

This was exactly all I needed for a 5 day stay in charming Grass Valley! All the comforts and conveniences of home.
When I come back to Grass Valley. I would look to stay here again as my first choice.

Cute spot and the owner replied immediately when I couldn’t find my door code. Nice kitchen, cozy bed and super close to everything. I walked to breakfast, shopping and the wonderful Center for the Arts. I would stay here again.

Nice studio, great location
We had a great time staying here. Very satisfied with the space (my fiancé liked the bathroom and now has more ideas for our future remodel and I appreciated the outdoor table & chairs), and we really appreciated how responsive and informative Trish was to random questions like "what type of coffee maker do you have?" (both Keurig and a french press)

Great location in downtown Grass Valley! The studio is cute & comfortable. It’s set up very well and I absolutely loved it. Great place to stay right in downtown!
This place was amazing! The home was super cozy and cute and very clean. It was just a walk to downtown main street in a very pretty town. I would highly recommend staying here to visit this area! Very great access to the town and any hiking you might want to do around the area!

This cute apartment was exactly as described. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, and we really appreciated use of the laundry room.

Fencing was perfect to keep our dog contained. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Best Place Ever
This is my second stay here and I just love this place. It's quiet, close to everything and the owners Trish and Brett are awesome. It's dog friendly and has a great little yard to go out and relax, have a beverage and chill. I highly recommend the Love Shack and will stay there again. Thank you Trish and Brett!! You're the best!!
