Over all amazing stay just wish some things were cleaned more properly. Couches had stains all over them some of the dishes that were clean I had to wash again. They were just thrown in there with gunk all over them. Can opener didn’t even work so we had to go buy a can opener. One of the pillows had mold on them when I took off the pillow cover. Bed has pee stains on it as well when I took off the sheets. Definitely needs to be cleaned better.

Nice stay. Pool is great and it’s a quiet complex. If you have a dog, there is no grass, only a rock area. Was clean except for the floor, which would leave your socks and feet visibly dirty. Was very responsive to the one item we called about.

We had such an amazing time! The place is in an absolutely wonderful location, beautiful pool right next to the beach! The house is beautiful and in a very cute little condominium. We loved it so much we stayed another night!

The condo was great for our weekend to run the annual Beach to Bay Relay Marathon. It was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the assigned parking space and not having to look for parking. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very cool, and we talked about returning just so our kids could get some swim time. The location was great with a convenience store within walking distance and several restaurants within a short distance away. If the Wi-Fi was updated, as it was very slow, this condo would be unbeatable.

Was not marked floor was nasty furniture was worn out and stained bed covers had dog prints and stains on them. Part of the laundry above the washer dryer combo was still dirty and up there bar was broken stove top was greasy and dirty. Grease was running down the side of the refrigerator, the whole place Cleaning and that old furniture needs covering or thrown out was so disappointed

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Check in process was super easy with constant email and text reminders with instructions. The condo was clean and everything worked just fine. The floors were not visibly dirty but walking around in socks turned them brown. Wasn’t a big deal to us but just pointing out the toilet squeals like a pig when you flush it. And when we stripped the bedsheets before leaving there was a large stain of some kind on the mattress. There was not an odor or anything in the condo as a result but again pointing out for the owners or future renters. We did not reach out to the owners to address any of this bc again not a big deal to us and did not affect our stay, but might be a big deal to others. We enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to rent again and return to this condo.

Mattresses were very comfortable, plenty of towels, washer and dryer were amazing to have, cleaning supplies were a life saver.. my family was very satisfied with our stay!

The property was lovely! All of the people I spoke with were very nice and very friendly. When we arrived it was sunny and warm and there were people in the pool. I wish I had gone in right then because it rained the rest of the weekend! (We found museums and an Aquarium to visit.) The property felt very safe and was nice to walk around. I would defintiely receommend it for a beach trip. The beach was only 2 miles straight down the street! Lots of convenient places to eat, order pizza and such.

The property was great. Pool area was calm and very relaxing. Super short drive to the beach. Buy your car pass for 12.00 and park right on the beach. Plenty of eateries and food marts. Super large awesome bed with bamboo mattress. This vacation was very nice. Will come back again.

Overall the property was a good size and clean and the location was great. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the patio furniture in comparison to the other suites and the sofa/sofabed needs to be cleaned or upgraded. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

One of the beds was the pull out sofa (no big deal) but the sofa was very stained. We pulled out the extra sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa and those were very stained as well. Then we go to use the restroom and someone has left poop in the toilet and the seat is dirty. I contact the management company and they advised that someone will contract me to schedule a time for them to clean the townhouse. I was never contacted.

I had a wonderful stay here. I have rented several different properties at this same complex in Palm Bay. Always a pleasure staying here very comfortable very cool and relaxing a great get away from the heat. The pool was perfect. The only thing I would recommend is perhaps having paper towels in the kitchen or at least be notified that they are not included not a real big issue but it's nice to know if it is or is not available.

We try to be respectful and always take off shoes upon entering anywhere someone is living but we could not in this room the floors were very dirty and the fridge had an over powering smell of old fish as well as an abundance of nats

Prior to booking this condo I had asked Vacasa to confirm the pool situation as preCovid some reviews commented on the pool being dirty and cold. Vacasa confirmed to me that the pool was heated and operating. Upon our arrival the pool was dirty and cold. I immediately inquired and two days later was told that there was a leak and no proper heater. I contacted Vacasa as this was extremely disappointing to us. To their credit they refunded me 15 percent however this did not make up for our month stay without a pool especially when I had requested confirmation before booking. As for the unit, within the first hour of walking on the floors barefoot my feet were completely black. I washed the floors twice before this stopped happening. The bathroom also had long black hair in the corners which I cleaned up as well. Unfortunately we ended up finding something else to rent for over half of our stay as without a pool the days were very long. There is now a sign up at the pool indicating it is not operating. We would not have rented here if we had known about the pool. Our vacation became very costly but at least we enjoyed the last half of our stay in another complex.

This is the third time that my wife and I have stayed at this townhouse. The king size bed is very comfortable. This big screen tv has a great picture. The place was very clean upon arrival.

This will be our second time staying at this location, first stay was excellent. On the second stay we had a couple of minor issues upon arrival like no key left in the lockbox, towels still in the washer, and one full trash can. At the end of the day, these weren't a deal breaker just a minor inconvenience.
The location is perfect for visiting Whitecap beach, which we did every day and if you prefer a pool the one at the apartment is not bad!

Perfect Beach Getaway
The bed was huge and comfy. The living space was was clean and the home is well kept. I love how they use simple furniture so that the home looks spacious. Great house and close to white cap beach.

Stay was very nice. Bed and pillows in bedroom were super comfy but the pullout bed could use some help. Couch had stains on it and we had lots of gnats. We managed to get most of them with a glass of wine. Ha. I would stay there again. Very nice big, quiet pool too.
