Beach and Southern Exposure of Atlantic Ocean from 6th Floor Balcony, Unit 6G.
Vue du sud de l'océan Atlantique et de la rivière Indian depuis le 6ème étage du bâtiment de 9 étages. Marcher sur l'entrée arrière de la piscine et au-delà de la plage de sable blanc.
Condo est équipé d'Internet gratuit, télévision par câble dans chaque chambre et un déshumidificateur dans le couloir.
Deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes (une avec douche et l'autre a une baignoire avec rideau de douche). Plancher de bois est dans les deux chambres et toutes les zones restantes sont carrelées avec une cuisine très moderne. La cuisine a des comptoirs en marbre et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Divers articles restent dans les armoires et le réfrigérateur pour votre usage comme vous le souhaitez. Laveuse et sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité avec plusieurs chaises et beaucoup de serviettes de piscine / plage.
Piscine chauffée a des chaises et un barbecue extérieur à votre disposition. Il y a 4 tables avec un parasol et environ 15 chaises et 20 chaises longues.
Stationnement au sous-sol pour garder un véhicule à l'abri du soleil (utiliser la clé pour accéder au garage). Les ascenseurs se trouvent à l'intérieur de la zone centrale au-delà de la porte verrouillée. Parking supplémentaire au premier étage pour votre invité ou un deuxième véhicule - pas de remorque ou de bateau permettent dans les zones de stationnement.
Shores Resort est à deux portes dans la rue avec de la bonne nourriture et un feu extérieur et un bar. De l'autre côté de la rue est un magasin de crème glacée et un parc pour les enfants à jouer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well furnished. The owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay. We love the location, near our favorite restaurants and on a less crowded stretch of beach.

It was a beautiful room that was extremely clean and Jack has been wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely stay again and will highly recommend to everyone I know. We stayed for 6 nights and didnt want to leave

Overall we liked the property and the proximity to the beach. The location was convenient and less busy than some of the other areas of the beach. It was wonderful enjoying the sunrises on the beach. The unit was as described, clean, and well furnished. There is a good amount of construction going on in the building with loud hammering that started at 9 am daily while we were there. While the pool was open, the listing stated it was heated during the cooler months. This was not true and it was completely unusable as it was colder than the 60 degree ocean temp. Keys for the unit are sent through the mail and did by arrive by the time we left for our trip. The host was good with communication and made sure we were able to access the unit though. Definitely added a little extra stress to the trip.

This place was not a rental property, it was a construction site. Might be nice when its finished but it wasn't finished when I showed up there and I had to make other arrangements very quickly. Not happy with the owners communication. A big waste of time.

It was an amazing experience at the property. There were few hiccups initially when a resident of the building started asking questions on why did I rent it when pool was closed and all the patios were having balcony and so on. Other then that it was very good. Check in was smooth and I was having all the necessary information related to my stay beforehand. I would recommend this property to others!

The condo was very nice, had more than enough amenities. The property such as pool area and grounds are kept very clean. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars, mainly because of the keys. There are 3 keys between building access, room, beach. The locks are tricky. But I would recommend this property, and Jack responded to any questions I had

Location is fantastic
The location is perfect - right on the beach, with a balcony that allows for the cool night seabreeze to caress your skin. We overshot the parking entrance the first time, as it's a bit hidden. During the time we were there, the elevators were quite slow (turns out one of them wasn't working at all). The unit is spacious and comfortable, although there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke particularly in the larger bedroom. I wasn't sure if it was from the unit or seeping in from neighboring units, but it was certainly there. Loved the kitchen and the full-size fridge. Overally, a great stay.

The condo had a great view of the ocean, secured parking garage, clean pool next to the beach. From our balcony we saw the space X rocket lift off from Cape Kennedy. That was exciting to myself, wife and granddaughter. We will return and use this condo in the future.

Good times!
The condo was perfect for my family of 4, including a 9yr old and a 3yr old. Plenty of space, with very nice bathrooms. Great location as well. Jack was great with communicating and helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely come back .

This was our first trip to Daytona and our stay was great! We LOVED this condo! The only issues we had was the pool gate and door to condo was tricky to get into but other than that no major issues. Condo was very clean and new bathrooms! We were on a budget and decided to cook instead of eating out and the kitchen was very clean and had all the appliances we needed! The view was amazing and just a skip and a hop away from our new favorite beach! Jack was very quick to respond and was very friendly! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Daytona Fl!

Additional benefits to the location of the unit include protection from strong direct sunlight and high winds. We enjoyed being on the roomy balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails, with the sound of the ocean waves to relax us even more. Though the building itself is old, it is well maintained. The condo shows some signs of aging, but the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and are lovely, and the rooms are well-appointed and a comfortable size. It was very clean. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from a vendor who was kind enough to set them up right in front of the building. A to-die-for homemade ice cream shop, Cow's Lick, is across the street. Don't miss it!

Great Condo
I think the building is older, but the condo has been updated nicely. Kitchen and all floors look newer. Bathrooms are slightly outdated, but will meet you needs. The pool area is very nice, with many chairs around the pool. The condo also had some beach chairs for use on the beach. Crabby Joes pier is almost 3 miles away, so it is quite a walk. I would recommend this condo.

This condo is located in a section of Daytona that is close to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. However, the condo also is just far enough away from the main boardwalk to be peaceful.

Great vacation
Our growing family of 15 yr old twins and a big 11 yr old boy have long since outgrown a hotel room. This condo provided the perfect amount of room for everyone. Great location, nice views, it was perfect! Affordable too! Definitely hope to stay again!!

The condo was very neat & clean.. Our bed was very comfortable, we slept in the farthest bedroom!
Overall it we had a wonderful time & it's well worth renting for a couple of day's... We will definitely be back in the future & look forward to renting from Mr. Jack! We highly recommend this condo!!

This condo is in a great location close to grocery stores and pharmacy. Big selection of restaurants nearby. It doesn’t face the ocean but there still is a great view! We really enjoyed our stay!
