Condo with screened porch on the bluffs of Lake Taneycomo!
Ce condominium de deux chambres et 2 salles de bain dans la communauté de parcours de golf fermée de Pointe Royale a été largement rénové à partir du plancher, des armoires, des comptoirs, même des fenêtres. Il s'agit d'une unité de type walk-in à seulement 4 pas du stationnement. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend des armoires en merisier, des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Le salon dispose d'une cheminée à bois accueillante avec un cadre en pierre d'ardoise, des canapés confortables (y compris un lit queen) et a un accès direct à un magnifique porche avec moustiquaire. Notre véranda grillagée est une excellente façon de profiter de votre argent en vous relaxant et en observant la faune dans les falaises boisées derrière le condo. Nous sommes situés en haut des falaises surplombant le lac Taneycomo! Les piscines intérieure et extérieure, bain à remous, courts de tennis, pro shop et club-house avec restaurant sont juste en face!
Ceci est une unité de plain-pied avec quatre demi-marches, vous n'aurez donc pas à transporter vos épiceries lourdes ou vos bagages de haut en bas d'un vol d'escaliers! La suite parentale dispose d'un lit king-size "sleep number" afin que vous puissiez ajuster la fermeté de chaque côté à la douceur / fermeté souhaitée, et le maître a également un accès direct au porche grillagé. Il y a une douche à l'italienne surdimensionnée dans la salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et accès à la salle de bain. Il y a deux télévisions à écran plat (dans la chambre principale et le salon) ainsi que l'Internet sans fil. Tous les meubles et appareils électroménagers sont plus récents ainsi que le plancher en cerisier, les carreaux de céramique et les moquettes plus récentes (janvier 2015). Restez dans le luxe. Aucune autre unité de location ne se compare!
Pêcheurs :: À proximité, le lac Table Rock bénéficie d'une excellente pêche. À Pointe Royale, à quelques pas du condo, vous avez un accès direct à une excellente pêche à la truite sur le lac Taneycomo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Loved Pointe Royale amenities. Pool, tennis, pickleball courts, gym and restaurant were all very nice and clean. And just across the street. Easy little walk. The screened in back balcony was so nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. Was hoping to see the river behind us more but the trees are too full. We would definitely book here again.

Host was super responsive. Condo was very clean and cozy. Great location to local attractions. If I had to leave one critique it would be that the exterior of the unit entry was somewhat dirty with dead insects, but again interior was very clean. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this condo. It was very well-maintained and had all of the latest appliances and upgrades. It was located close enough to the strip for a convenient, quick drive, but far enough that we could really unwind and relax away from the busy and crowded areas. The screened-in porch was a definitely highlight - one we used to start and end each day! We would definitely stay again!

The unit and Pointe Royale in general were great. Clean unit, easy access to the pool, and close to the strip. One big downside, the sleep number bed in the master bedroom was horrific. It is nothing more than a glorified air mattress. No matter what setting you put it on, it feels like an air mattress. We got very little sleep. Everything else was great. But not sleeping due to a terrible bed was a big deal.

The condo is in a very nice neighborhood with close access to a pool and exercise facilities. The community is close to all the things you’d want to see and do.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. Condo itself is nicely updated and comfortable.

Condo was beautiful and clean. No surprises with anything. Everything was as described and as pictures shown. Communication with property manager was very good. Property is quiet with a wonderful pool, playgrounds, and sidewalks for walking to and from locations. Checking and check out are very easy. I definitely would recommend this condo. My family and I will be placing this property at the top of our list.

This was the 1st time we have been to Branson and will Defiantly go back at some point. My Son, Wife and I played Golf at Buffalo Ridge and Point Royal (Local Course). We also went Trout Fishing with a Guide, but you can do that on you own from the bank right off the back of the complex if you like. The Condo is very up to date and has more than anything you need for your stay. Defiantly would recommend and stay there again. Very Nice.

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful area! It's updated and decorated beautifully with quality furnishings so it really felt like home! The location is terrific and convenient...there's even a little market and gas station closeby! We were here for 3 days. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will look forward to staying here again in the fall!

Our number one goal for visiting Branson was to catch up on some much needed R&R and this condo was a great place to do that! Loved the screened in porch for reading and the furniture was comfy for naps. Everything was very easy throughout the process and Sandy was a responsive host. The shower in the master bedroom was amazing!!

We've stayed in this condo every single time that we've visited Branson, and it has become our home away from home. It has just enough space for our family of 5. The layout of the unit allows everyone to have their own space, so it doesn't feel crowded. It's clean, well-stocked, and comfortable with all the amenities you could want for your family, especially if you have young kids. The screened-in porch looks out to the river and is a great spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The bathrooms and kitchen are clean-meticulous, really. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies so it's easy to cook almost anything (we just had Thanksgiving dinner there). The unit itself is quiet with a short walk to the pool. Sandy (the owner) is responsive and helpful. It is clear that so much thought, attention to detail, and love has been poured into this location. Great value for the price. We love this condo and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We spent a week in the Branson area and chose to stay at this property. We wanted to be in a quieter area away from the busy traffic - yet close enough to go out to eat and enjoy the entire area. This was a great location!! We saw parts of the outer Branson area that I do not think we would have explored if we stayed off the main strip. The Point Royal complex was quiet and clean. I absolutely loved sitting in the screened in porch and relaxing or reading a book. The check in and out process was easy and Sandy was quick to respond with any questions. The condo was well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We did not golf but the course and club house looked nice. I would stay here again when back in the Branson area.

This was our first VRBO rental. Couldn’t have been easier. Sandy was extremely helpful. The condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Relaxing setting with screened patio right in the trees. Just a very short walk to the clubhouse, pool etc. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This condo has been completely remodeled and had all the ammenities you will love. Frrnished beautifully. We really enjoyed the screened in patio, and sounds of nature, without being bothered by bugs! And we loved the blackout drapes, for sleeping in. A must visit!

We really enjoyed our stay in Branson. Property was newly updated and very clean. Lots of space for a family with three teenage/pre-teen boys to spread out. Loved the close proximity to the club house/pool area and we spent a lot of time at the fishing access on the property which is also fairly close to this unit. We had easy access to anywhere around Branson from the property.

This was our first time in Branson and Sandy was the best she got back with me fast every time if I had a question we LOVED the condo it made us feel like we were home we plan to go again next year this will be our place we stay at it was close to everything and very peaceful.

We loved staying at the condo. The screened in porch was great, as was proximity to the pool. Sandy communicated with us well and the condo was clean and quiet. It was well stocked and I even saw what looked like a shower bench for elderly people in one of the closets. You can tell the owners see it as a place of love rather than a place to make an easy buck. I would definitely stay there again!
