Great host first and foremost. Amazing yukon trailer, really catching the USA vibes. Loads of useful gadgets stuffed in the pantries. Remote and calm location.
A group of 4 tall friends had some issues with the sleeping bench, it was a bit small. we however could use all blankets and such available to make it better!

Went out for vacation. We could not find this place. Trued to reach out to the owner about a refund. Never answered. I emailed him, called him, left voicemails and never got a response back. Waste of money. Don’t book here.

Cozy, old-fashioned camper close to Grand Canyon.
Everything in the camper more or less worked but it was obvious that it was old and best days are already over.

First of all - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! The location was fine - the dirt road was quite the adventure. Four of us fit well into the camper, but the comfort spot is definitely the bed. There was a nice frig, an easy location to dispose of garbage, and there were cards, books, and games as well. There is free Wifi, but it can be slow with the volume of users and the TV can take a bit to buffer, but we could watch Netflix and other stations while there. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we felt safe staying there as well.
Because of phone service issues, I failed to screenshot the code for the camper. I tried contacting the owner but with no resolve, because they prefer to be contacted through Booking.com (um, that doesn't work when you have phone service issues). After a period of time, one bar of service, I finally got into my email for the code, then all was fine. SO WRITE THE CODE DOWN IN ADVANCE. The bedroom, as I said, is the comfy spot, the fold-down couch and eating table sleeping area are firmer for sleeping. The only other factor is the bathroom, which is extremely small (knees hit the wall small) and the lights in the bathroom did not work well.

Loved our first RV experience. It has everything that you would have in an apartment. There were a couple of chairs and table outside where we watched the sunset!
The host could have been more responsive

The mile+ road to the property was the roughest dirt road I have ever been on. The fridge was dirty and frozen over top and bottom. Floor in front of sink is spongy. The shower drains into the bedroom floor. And the baseboard in the bathroom has brown liquid oozing. It was still 20 miles to south rim and laundry mat was 4 hr round trip (that includes construction delays). Also the $50 cleaning fee tacked on was too much. I guess live and learn.

Unique little place. 25min drive from south rim. Quiet and relaxed. No issues with check in.
Carpets a little dirty. Wi-Fi very slow.
