The house is exactly as depicted and perfect for families with kids. Super comfortable and roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake on the sunny days and hunker down with a fire and games on the rainy days. We will almost certainly be back! Thank you!

We had 3 generations getting together to celebrate a milestone birthday and the house was able to accommodate the wife age range. The house was spacious enough to feel we were not all on top of each other.
The bunk bed room suited the youngest generation very well (likely beds would be too small for teens and older) and the other rooms were well appointed for the other guests. The lake and dock were very nice and the availability of kayaks and paddles boards was great. The fire pit, game room and hot tub were also nice amenities that suited all ages.
WiFi is excellent, which was very useful given the SOS data service.
Cute downtown area and we would certainly look to stay again if we return to Wilmington VT!

We love this property! It is absolutely perfect. We have an annual ski vacation where all extended family cousins are invited to ski, have great family time and relax. This property is perfect for it. The fireplace is warm, the wood is plentiful and the hot tub and game room is filled with fun! The long table is perfect for family meals and game filled evenings.

I was pleasantly surprised that the property was even better than I thought it would be based on the listing. It was clean, everybody commented on how comfortable the beds were, the location was perfect for skiing (13 min to Mt. Snow) and the view was beautiful off the deck.
Ashley was also a great host. She was prompt with her replies and helped to provide some nice local recommendations for us to check out. All of which were great!

I cant say enough about our stay. Ashley is great and so is her property! 15 minute drive to Mount Snow, hot tub on property and accommodated our family/friends (17 total) perfectly!

This property was more than fine for our large group. To be honest, the house should be better taken care of for the price. It was not cheap at $1300 night all in. Several railings were rotted and loose, the dock ladder not secure (rotted attachment), bulbs out, spiders and webs everywhere, fans inop, no extra sheets, and a moldy sink back that took the cake. The house was not lockable. The railing to the basement (kids room) was loose. We had a good time. Lake water was clear, temps were great. House got hot from lack of fans and ventilation. Paddle boards and canoe were great. I would expect this house to be in the $500/night range considering it’s upkeep.

Our group of 16 fit perfectly in this home. The sledding on the property kept the kids entertained when we weren’t at Mt Snow skiing. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and large dining table to play cards.

Ashley's home was so lovely and in such an excellent location! We were a group of friends escaping the city for the long weekend to ski and even though the ski weather was subpar, our experience in the house was great! we enjoyed making meals and eating together at the large dining room table, the bedrooms were all spacious and the hot tub was a nice way to end of the day. Some of the light switches and outlets stopped working on the basement level, but Ashley was quick to help us fix it. We hope to come back for a warm summer weekend.

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We skied Mount Snow and Stratton during our stay, both of which were relatively short drives from the house. It snowed the whole time we were there which made for perfect skiing conditions and beautiful scenery. The hot tub was wonderful after long days of skiing! Couldn’t complement the property enough, would definitely recommend staying at the Ski Haus and hope to return in the future!

This house was everything we had hoped and more to getaway over the holidays with friends and family! We lucked out and had some snow so got to sled right out the back door, ice skate on the lake and enjoyed all of the space indoors to relax and unwind. It was a great location to get to Mount Snow and other breweries/restaurants and this house comfortably fit 2 families with 4 kids ranging 1-10.

Wilmington was a very neat little town with plenty of interesting places to see and shop. The location of the lake house was spectacular, very peaceful and relaxing, provided lots of amenities for activity and enjoyment.
Would recommend it. This is my group of friends 5th lake house trip in as many years and this is a place we would visit again.
The property owner also helped us out, immediately(on a Sunday) with an item left behind to have it shipped to us. That says a lot!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home on Lake Raponda. The house itself was ideal for our group of 14....plenty of space for all! The house had everything we needed and more! We especially enjoyed the screen room overlooking the lake. We spent most of our time down by the lake and all of the boating options added to our fun. The children ages 5-15 all became avid boaters and really improved their swimming skills. Because there was so much to entertain all of us, we only left the property once during the entire week! We would highly recommend this home to everyone who wants to add to their special family memories!

Gorgeous property!
We had an amazing time. The house and property are beautiful. We had a full house with every bed in use. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The walk down to the lake is a doozy! But that didn't stop us from swimming and playing in the lake. The extras of canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards were all put to fun use! The fire pit saw dozens of smores being made and cobbled up as well. Our kids and grandkids made some lasting memories! Loved every minute of it!

Spring Girls weekend
Property is in a great location, lots of room to spread out, easy access to boat launch, hiking trails. Ashley is quick to respond to texts. Had 12 women there, hot water heater couldn't keep up 3 showers and dishwasher all at once. If you plan on having many people, spread out shower times. House does not heat up fast, there is a fireplace and space heaters to augment the house's heating system. Nice hot tub. Overall a nice quiet place to stay with a beautiful view of the lake. Very cute and functional for us. We were three families with two kids each ranging from 3-8. Everyone was happy and we had enough space to spread out and shift around sleeping. Appreciated all the extra towels!

Great Place for Large Families
We have a very large family and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is a very nice size and an industrial stove and oven which was very nice for the ones who like to cook. The kitchen was stocked with enough utensils, plates, and cups. All of the rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The kids loved having their own space in the basement close to the foosball and ping pong table. Also, the views are AMAZING from every window of the house.

My family had a wonderful time at the ski house. The house was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything needed for a family getaway! 15 minutes to Mt Snow and we were lucky to get fresh powder. Will definitely rent again!!

This Ski Haus was absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations. The house is even more beautiful in person and had everything we could need from pots, pans, towels, board games and more. It was spacious, clean, tranquil and relaxing. Perfect home for big groups/families. The view of the lake during the winter is breath taking and is only 15 minutes away from the slopes! Perfect location, plenty of space!
Ski or swim this place has it both, although we didn’t ski, kids loved jumping off the dock, fishing an canoeing. Fire pit was great, hot tub was used quite a bit, game room was perfect for kids. Plenty of table space for activities and eating inside or on the screened in porch. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Would love to do another summer rental and then winter time to go skiing.

Amazing Lake House
The property was beautiful and ready for our stay. Ashely was a fantastic host and answered all questions for me prior to arrival. The home was well stocked. The views were gorgeous and the kids had a ball fishing and playing ping pong and foosball. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. We had a great time at the Ski Haus! The house itself is beautiful, large, clean and comfortably slept 10 people. The lake was so much fun. The water toys the host provides makes all the difference. We were on the lake everyday, kayaking and paddle boarding. The dock is a great place to workout if you're into that kind of thing. I highly recommend this property, summer or winter. It's very close to Mt. Snow and would make a wonderful vacation ski house!
