Nous sommes un chalet familial.
Du 1er mai au 30 septembre, nous louons exclusivement à des groupes familiaux de 14 personnes ou moins, peu importe leur âge (c'est-à-dire que les bébés et les tout-petits comptent pour le total du groupe). Notre politique de calme en plein air de 21h30 est un peu trop restrictive pour les groupes d'adultes, c'est pourquoi nos groupes de mai doivent être un mélange d'enfants et de parents et / ou grands-parents, etc ...
De la fin septembre au premier week-end de mai, nous accueillons tous les autres groupes (non familiaux). Nous avons un parking pour un maximum de 4 voitures.
Ce fantastique chalet familial quatre saisons sur Stoney Lake dispose de 5 chambres à l'étage principal (2 avec ensuites) et 2 chambres à l'étage inférieur. Le chalet dispose d'un grand concept ouvert salon / salle à manger avec une vue remarquable sur les îles pittoresques de Stoney Lake. La grande cuisine et la salle à manger sont idéales pour se divertir - sortez du salon sur la belle terrasse face à l'eau et profitez du soleil de l'après-midi couronné par un beau coucher de soleil.
C'est l'endroit idéal pour les familles en vacances pendant l'été.
Nous avons une télévision avec satellite - situé dans la pièce principale.
La télé au sous-sol est uniquement équipée d'un lecteur DVD.

- Grande cour parfaite pour un jeu de chaussures de cheval ou se rassemblant autour du feu.
- 2 kayaks adultes, une pédalo / pédalo, une canoë et un assortiment de gilets de sauvetage
-20 minutes en voiture de la pittoresque ville de Lakefield
Le bain à remous est disponible pour un supplément de 175 $ par week-end.

I stayed at Chris and family's wonderful cottage for a long weekend with a group of ten friends and we enjoyed it immensely. The space is gorgeous and roomy and offers lots of spots to be together or get away from the group to have some quiet time. The outdoor parts are also lovely, nothing beats sitting in the hot tub and looking out at a gorgeous winter landscape or sitting around a fire. Chris was amazing at communicating with me and very helpful both before and during our stay. All of us would stay at this wonderful spot again in a heartbeat!

We are repeat visitors and always love our time at Rogers Retreat. The cottage accommodations are lovely, and there are updates happening all the time (love the Reno of the master ensuite). Lots of room for our 3 generational gathering. Lakeside is beautiful and watching sunset from the hot tub is perfection. Chris is an attentive host, very quick to respond to any question before and during our stay. Highly recommend Rogers Retreat.

We had three families and three generations coming together at Rogers Retreat and it was everything we could have asked for! It's a beautiful property and Chris was wonderful to deal with. Thanks, Chris, for sharing your cottage with us, and for your kindness.

We stayed at this cottage coming in from BC for a family reunion. There were lots of options for sleeping and everyone got their own room. It was a bit difficult bringing in our own blankets and towels but thankfully we had family in the area to help out. The owners of course also had options for a fee if we were stuck. The owners were responsive to any questions we had and overall we had a great time at Rogers retreat on Stoney lake. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and sitting on the docks drinking a morning tea was the perfect start to the day.

We had such an incredible time at this property, the views on the lake were stunning and we were able to snow shoe around the frozen lake, then go back to the property for a hot tub. 10/10

Our family just returned from a wonderful winter getaway at the Rogers Retreat. Everything was fantastic. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating.

We had a wonderful time at the Rogers Retreat. Your place is the perfect setup for our family. The highlights are almost too numerous to mention. We, of course, spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the view and cottage life in general. It's a toss-up between the hot tub and water mat over what got used the most. We also enjoyed the fabulous swimming, kayaking, paddleboat and during the evening sitting around the fire pit. We found the cottage to be very comfortable, allowing the whole family ample room to move around, whether we were preparing meals, relaxing or settling in. We loved every minute of it.

As soon as we stepped in the cottage, the view to the lake was breathtaking. The cottage was very spacious, clean and homey. The hot tub right on the dock near the lake was like a dream. We hope to rent again in the future. Everything was perfect!

The location was great, very near to Carveth's Marina for launching our fishing boat and the docks on the property were great. The location near the islands made a sheltered location for our kids to use their kayaks without being on the open lake. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, casseroles and table service. The beds were great and four bathrooms were welcomed by our large group. Chris was very helpful and great to work with. We loved the sun room, my favorite place inside the house. We had all we could eat pan fish and perch two evenings for supper and I caught a walleye!

This past June we rented the 'Rogers Retreat' with 2 other families and it was a perfect holiday! The cottage was beautifully equipped to handle our big group! We even had room for one more family if we wanted. Stoney Lake is such a gorgeous lake and the double dock, beach water entrance (perfect for the kids) and hot tub allowed us to enjoy all it has to offer. The large front yard allowed us to play baseball, bocce ball, horse shoes, and a great place for the kids to run. There is so many local amenities and we loved walking up the road way for ice cream and dinner.
We can't wait to make this an annual trip!

This cottage is perfectly equipped for a large group or several families. It's the right mix of well maintained and relaxing, with a great kitchen and large dining area, a gorgeous view into the lake and many areas outside... Including the awesome 4 season hottub.
This was my third time renting it...last time for new years with a group of friends. This time, I had my newborn son and Chris made sure there was a crib set up and had a wide assortment of toys and gear.
I can't recommend it highly enough! Lots of trails in the area and an easy drive from toronto. Plus Chris had wine waiting for us.
