Comfortable Pool Home in a Family Neighborhood
Cette maison lumineuse et bien aménagée est confortablement meublé maison dans le sud de Daytona et est dans un quartier calme se trouve tout près de tout le plaisir de Daytona Beach. Il est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner si vous allez à la piste de course, aller au Bike Week ou Biketoberfest, passer les vacances ou d'aller sur des vacances en famille. Notre maison est à seulement 5 minutes de route de Daytona Beach Shores et est d'environ 10 minutes en voiture de la rue Main à Daytona Beach ou le Daytona International Speedway. En outre, les attractions d'Orlando sont à seulement 75 minutes. Il y a quelque chose ici pour toute la famille.

I absolutely loved this vacation home. The pool was amazing and so were the furnishings in the home. Highly recommend this home, it was perfect for my family!

The house is just what it looks to be in the pictures. Great size for our family of 5. The pool was just right and clean! Our kids absolutely loved it! Not right in the middle of the busy part of town which is what we wanted but not far from anything at all. The host was amazing and very accommodating as well. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

Gary and Maureen were incredibly accommodating. They treated us like family. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and had everything we could have asked for. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall location and neighborhood was great!!! Close to everything. The house itself was dated. We had an issue with one of the bedrooms not having power. We alerted the host, who seemed unbothered by the situation. We were told an electrician would be out to look at the situation. An electrician never came. We were told to just use an extension cord and lamp to light the bedroom and an apology was given for the inconvenience. I then asked for some type of discount for our inconvenience and it was denied by the host. They stated it was out of their control. I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint and was told they also refused to give a discount. I sent pictures of the fuse box and the room having no power and was later given a refund of 120.00 by VRBO. I would not recommend this property. It had spiders and water bugs in the bathrooms and if it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The pool was dirty. We spent 45 min cleaning it upon arrival. I believe the hosts were aware of the electrical problem and just were not willing to fix the issue for a family that was only staying for 3 days. Poor way to conduct business. Please book with someone else!!!

We loved our stay here. Great location! Getting to and from Daytona International Speedway and the restaurants on the shores was convenient and the traffic was not bad at all!
We loved our time with our friends, even though the weather was not great!
We hope to stay here next year for the 500 and even just a “east coast” Florida getaway for a weekend!

The pictures listed didn’t do it justice. Home was better in person than what was listed so we were pleasantly surprised. Check in was extremely easy and convenient. Owners were accommodating.

The location worked out well for us and the house was fairly well stocked. The master bed mattress and pillows could definitely be replaced, but we managed. The screened rear porch was a bonus. If we were coming to this part of town again we would consider this property.

The listing said 2 Queen beds in 1 room, 2 Double beds in 2 room and 2 twins in 3 room. What it is is 1 queen, 1 double and 2 twins very disappointing. Furniture is old and extremely uncomfortable you sink into the couches and chairs, this includes the beds. Food left in refrigerator.

This place looks exactly like the pictures. Very family friendly neighborhood. It states queen bed in master but it looked/felt like a full bed instead. Other than that, we have no complaints. If the weather had been warmer we would have thoroughly enjoyed the private pool.

We had a wonderful stay here! Would absolutely recommend. The only issue we had was the pool being too cold to use and there is a train that runs multiple times a night. Other than that it was great and lovely!

We had a nice stay during the Turkey rod run. And were very grateful for the use of the garage for our car, it gave us great piece of mind to be tucked back in a nice neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly as well.

The house was perfect space for us. The pool was great for the kids. In the back yard there were citrus and banana trees, which added to the Florida vibe. I liked the home was in a residential neighborhood where I felt very safe.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, check in was very easy going, property owner very good at answering any questions or concerns that we had, swimming pool was perfect just as it looks in the pictures, house was very clean, neighborhood/ neighbors very friendly & nice! I would definitely recommend anyone coming to daytona for vacation rent this home, the privacy of a whole house with a swimming pool is way better than any hotel around! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much once again!

My little family and I wanted to visit family but was concerned about our newly baby boy being exposed to the public, so we wanted something secluded but still close enough to enjoy The festivities. We are so glad we found this lovely home very spacious and clean, very comfortable.
I just want to thank you for the excellent experience and we will be renting again!!

I stayed at this charming little home with my 7 year old daughter and my son, daughter-in-law, and their toddler. The home is on the smaller side, with one main living room, but the kitchen and bedrooms are roomy, comfortable, and functional. The home also has a nice lanai next to the pool for comfortable outdoor lounging. The pool is a bit on the smaller side, but it is perfect for lounging and cooling off when it's hot. My daughter loved it. The owners were kind enough to accommodate our need for a later checkout and were readily available with questions we had. The home is conveniently located only a few minutes from South Daytona Beaches, which we found populated but not over-crowded. It's also close to the racetrack and less than a half-hour from the Tanger outlets. There are several nice parks for children nearby, one which has a splash pad. Overall, this is a nice property and a good value. I would rent this property again if I came back to the Daytona area.

This was an awesome place to stay for a week while in Daytona. All accommodations were excellent and we will see if it’s available on our next trip to Florida. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
