Our stay was awesome!! We had much needed family time and our accommodations were perfect! The views are incredible and we highly recommend this property.

This VRBO condo was a winner for our family of 8 adults and 3 kids under five. We were close to the beach, bay, park and attractions. The condo was clean with great views of the bay, ocean and fireworks at Sea World. We enjoyed spotting the wildlife in the bay and watching the boaters, kayakers and fishermen. There were lots of beach supplies, an elevator and 2 parking spots. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this perfect location!

Renovation was extremely nice. Place is located so ideally to many attractions at Mission Beach.

The property was beautiful and the views were stunning! We all felt comfortable, appreciated all the amenities, and look forward to visiting again!

We loved our time at this place! The space was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen and offered ample space for 7 adults, 2 teenagers, a toddler and a baby. The views are spectacular, and the proximity to the beach is amazing. Getting to the airport and the zoo only took about 15-20 min. The host answered all questions quickly and was super accommodating! Highly recommended!

We had a group of friends come into town for a Padres game. Great location with lots to do within a quick Uber ride.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This property has a great corner view of the channel with all the activity that entails and wonderful dolphin and seal sightings. Ocean view is more distant and have to peak around corner of the small balcony to see beach. Living room/dining area is spacious but furniture is not very comfortable and somewhat flimsy. Kitchen is large and has basics though we felt such things as glass cleaner for the table and dishwashing detergent should have been provided. The primary bedroom and bath and closet are good size but other rooms are small without convenient closet access. The third bathroom is very, very tiny. For three couples this was not ideal. If you’re looking for ocean front access this isn’t it. Though it is a short walk to the sand carrying all the beach gear makes it more difficult (the beach cart has no sides and everything falls off). The property is older and could use some updating, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. As three older couples we enjoyed the wonderful view but for young families with children it’s a bit of a trek to the beach and water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great views. Good location. We are locals and wanted a place for the weekend. This definitely met our needs. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Had a problem with the tv and the property managers answered the phone immediately and helped us thru. Great managers.

We were running the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon and this place was so relaxing with easy access to the beach or any shop or restaurant. This place made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Also really appreciated all the fans to keep us cool when it would get a bit warm during the afternoon. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely return again!

This property is located at the bottom of S. Mission Bay with views of the channel, S Mission Park and the ocean beyond. It is on the middle level with elevator access(There is 1 floor of condos above and below) 2 off street secured parking spaces. It is in a quiet area. Some noise from the street but all is quiet by 10pm. You can also be stuck with busy neighbors upstairs. The noise does carry. Not the owners fault. Restaurants, shops, bike rentals are about a mile up the beach. Very walkable. The property itself is laid out as shown in the pictures, with the Living and dining areas overlooking the channel with a small grilling deck off the dining area. The kitchen with a nice prep area and another dining area. It is well furnished with the all important wine glasses, rocks glasses, dishware and pots and pans. Could use a pizza cutter, server, measuring cups/spoons, and a metal spatula for the grill (but I suppose some idiot would use it on the nonstick pans, so I understand) Heading down the hall with park/oceanside views is a BR 1 with a king bed and balcony. Further down the hall is a very small bathroom with a small walk-in shower. Further down the hall is BR2 (main) with a king, balcony and en suite bathroom. At the end of the hall is a nice bathroom. Heading back up the hall are 2 more bedrooms, streetside. Each with a F/Q and a Twin. Note that these 2 bedrooms have patio door access to the main exterior hallway for the building, so really not balconies, and so we probably would not leave doors open for breezes. Fans and extra heaters are located in closets. The unit was very very clean. We met the cleaning staff on the way out and they were very welcoming and friendly. We appreciated the coffee, soaps and shampoos. This property rightly focuses on the views. Because it is minimally furnished, it feels more like a rental than a home.(no headboards, sidetables..) We would have appreciated better lighting to enjoy reading books at night. The only real ding is: this 4 br condo needs a standard 10-12 cup coffee pot. Only a 5c was available. Also, time for new pillows. (mattresses were in good shape) Thanks for a great stay

Really only sleeps 11. We were lucky that our youngest granddaughter slept in a king with her parents. Kitchen needs mixing bowls and liquid measuring cups.

Beautiful property! Felt safe. Windows everywhere to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and air out the home. Plenty of room for the guests. It couldnt be helped but there was construction/sewer issues and the water was out for a day. Bad for us because we were in town for a wedding and couldn’t get ready properly. For future renters: make sure to check local construction around the area if you’re in town for an important event. Had we known to do the same or been warned by the owners- we could’ve made other arrangements ahead of time.

Dont have anything but good things to see about this location other then we got stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes during a power outage due to a storm . It was quite an experience for me. Fire dept had to get us out.
