Riva apartment with sea views in the historic center of Split
Appartement de 4 pièces d'environ 96 m2, situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble ancien datant de 1900
à deux pas du centre historique et du palais de Dioclétien.
Il bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié avec une très jolie vue panoramique sur la vieille Ville de Split, les îles de Brač, Šolta et Hvar qui se trouvent juste en face et le petit port avec ses barques de pêcheurs juste en contrebas.
L'appartement a été entièrement refait à neuf tout en gardant le charme de l’ancien avec de belles prestations et une grande hauteur sous plafond.
Il se compose :
- d’un salon salle à manger joliment meublé qui possède une grande ouverture donnant sur un balcon d'où l'on peut admirer la vue,
- d'une suite parental toujours côté mer avec une grande salle de bain (une belle douche, un grand lavabo et toilettes). Cette suite dispose d'un lit "king size" en 180cm , d'une console, d'une grande armoire avec penderie et d'un téléviseur écran plat,
- côté cour, donnant sur un grand balcon, une deuxième unité composée d'un salon doté d'un canapé convertible (couchage 160/200cm) pour deux, d'une armoire et d'un téléviseur écran plat, d'une chambre indépendante avec un lit de 160cm, avec armoire et penderie, qui a également un accès au balcon . Une deuxième salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, lavabo et toilettes,
- une petite cuisine entièrement équipée (grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, plaque cuisson, four, four à micro-ondes, grille pain, bouilloire, machine à café dulce, ainsi qu'un service complet pour 6 à 8 personnes),
- une petite buanderie avec lave linge séchant.
L'appartement dispose d'un accès internet par wifi gratuit.
Trumbičeva obala, où se trouve l'immeuble, est une des rares voies accessibles en voiture dans le centre historique de Split très proche du palais de Dioclétien. Quelques places de stationnement payant sont dans la rue devant l'immeuble, et un parking payant couvert se trouve à 150m dans la même voie.
L'immeuble se trouve à proximité de nombreux restaurants et de tous les bars de la Riva (promenade du front de mer). Vous trouverez également une supérette au pied de l'immeuble ainsi qu'une boulangerie à 50 mètres.
Cet appartement est idéal pour 4 à 6 personnes.

Pictures don't do it justice, immaculate and plenty of space for 4 adults. Great location. Had everything we needed. Would definitely book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable property. The 69 steps up to the flat were a bit of a surprise, but the views and access to the promenade activities, eateries, bars and grocery shops were terrific. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious except for the compact and efficient kitchen. For new guests, It would help to have a diagram of how to find the flat once inside the building, as well as a resource manual for appliances and recommended activities/ eateries. Communication with host prior to check in was satisfactory as response time was not a concern and check out was very easy. Thanks for sharing this beautiful spot in Split

Great location just beside historic city center and the views are phenomenal! Separated bedrooms and bathrooms make for very private accommodations for 2 couples. Excellent choice for a visit to Split in quiet location and newly, fully renovated flat.

This is a very clean and lovely apartment right on the Riva. The view of the water is beautiful. There are many restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to all attractions in Split. This property is perfect for a stay in Split. The two rooms are spacious and private. The location is perfect. Everything is close by. All of the amenities are spot on. The check-in process was seamless as was the check-out. The Host was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, A+

Great location with balcony overlooking the main promenade. Walk to local restaurants. Apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped, reliable wi-fi. Owner communicated immediately to answer questions. Local representative met us on arrival and was available for any help. Apartment is on 2nd floor with no elevator so it's a bit of a climb. A bit more expensive than some other options but definitely worth the difference.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great location! We loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings and large beds. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated after a hot day. Small kitchen with everything you need. We did have a lot of trouble figuring out how to operate the washer and dryer. Maybe have simple instructions on how to operate a basic load. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boardwalk and people. Valentina was very responsive and helpful!

Everything about this property was amazing! It is exactly as listed. A lot of space and very clean. The kitchen is on the small side and it’s equipped with the minimal essentials. The location is perfect as it is surrounded by restaurants on the main walking strip, on the water. There is a little market for the essential food items/snacks/drinks just next door.
The view is perfect too! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again.

Wow. What Ana amazing flat. First and foremost the location is perfect. Just steps off the Riva with a Tommy grocery next door on one side and a good restaurant and morning coffee stop on the other. I mean ideal! Just out of earshot of the buzz of the Riva restaurants but literally just steps to breakfast lunch or dinner.
The flat is AMAZING. View of the water from the living and bedroom. Nice terrace on the back in a courtyard for a quiet drink. Really perfect for two couples cuz it’s very private in both bedrooms. Couldn’t be happier.

Perfect location
We booked this apartment as a group of two couples although we finished up staying on our own.
It is right on the keyside, overlooking the harbour just 400 metres from the main action, but super quiet so you don't get disturbed.
The apartment is set out like two separate flats (although only one kitchen) which means you have an abundance of space. In saying that, my only note would be to say, that although there are more than enough chairs, 4 people would probably not all fit on the settee. There is also no TV in the lounge, although both bedrooms have one.
I would not hesitate to recommend both the apartment or host, who did a wonderful job advising us of some lovely restaurants.

Fantastic Rental
I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Communication with the owner was efficient and pleasant. The check in process flawless (not to mention we had a late arrival and they accommodated us without frustration, thank you for that!). The rental is spotless, beautiful, and the location is perfect. Close proximity to everything! We enjoyed the people, the atmosphere, the food, the views etc etc etc! You can’t go wrong with this rental.
The only thing I would mention is the number of steps to get inside. My fault for not asking more questions knowing it was located on an upper level. My husband has MS so it wasn’t optimal for him, but he handled it like a champ and got a lot of exercise in the process. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Beautiful apartment in Split
The apartment was beautiful, had an amazing view of the city and the ocean and allowed for plenty of privacy with 2 couples traveling together. Very easy to get anywhere in Split with everything within a few minutes' walk. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic Location and Views
This property is located directly at the marina in Split. You are right in Old Town but can get to the cruise terminal, boat tours and rental cars within steps. Valentina was a fantastic host and was constantly available for questions and to help in any way. The grocery is exactly 10 steps from the entrance! You have a few flights of stairs to the apartment so be aware if traveling with anyone with limitations. Totally worth it for the views of the Adriatic every day. The bedrooms are large and comfortable! The kitchen is a galley kitchen so meals can be prepared and it has everything that you need but only one person can cook at a time. We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Thanks Valentina for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Riva location
Outstanding location right on the Riva with quick access to all the restaurants, cafes, museums and events in the Old Town.
The unit was clean and modern and as expected from the VRBO site description. Valentina was very responsive to our inquiries which were few. The two well separated large bedrooms with individual showers and bathrooms were a major positive. The only negative was spotty WiFi connectivity and a driver that really didn't dry well. For me & my family the positives way outweighed these very small negatives. Would recommend this property without reservation.

Excellent Property!
This place was perfect in every way. Great communication with the owner, easy entry prior to the stated check in time, huge, well furnished rooms, beautifully decorated and a spectacular location on the water front. The front and rear balconies made this apartment perfect for our visit. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for luxury in the middle of all the action, Split has to offer!

Lovely apartment in perfect location
We had an ideal stay in this lovely, beautifully appointed apartment perfectly located for visiting Split and enjoying the Riva waterfront and old town. It was a great choice for two couples to enjoy our holidays together and also have a little privacy, with the second living area and two balconies. The view is spectacular! All of our dealings were simple, welcoming friendly and convenient. We definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Highly recommend!
My husband, friends, and I absolutely loved this place! We didn't want to leave. You can tell that it was completely remodeled. It looks brand new and the interior is gorgeous. It's a huge apartment and the views of the Riva are fabulous. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. You can walk into the heart of the restaurants, bars, and Palace within 5 minutes. Zeljka was a great host, as well!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! Everything was so well done in the apartment, the location is perfect and the view is unreal! The apartment is well appointed. Both bedrooms are beautiful. The little deck overlooks the promenade and has the best sunrises. Communication with the owner was great and everything went very smoothly. We would definitely go back and can’t wait until we can!

The apartment was new, clean, and very well decorated. The website depicts exactly what the place looks like. Place is centrally located Ti all the shops and restaurants.
