Dans ma maison de construction neuve au design moderne, vous trouverez des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, des meubles artisanaux uniques et des luminaires haut de gamme, sans oublier une cuisine de chef haut de gamme, une baignoire à jets, et une douche principale avec deux pommes de douche.
J'aime vraiment mon quartier. Je suis juste en bas de la rue des musées et des pistes de jogging / vélo dans l'un des plus grands parcs de la ville (Forest Park), il y a d'innombrables restaurants incroyables à proximité. Il y a aussi beaucoup de vie nocturne, ainsi qu'un Whole Foods flambant neuf et la très belle Straub's Grocery à quelques pâtés de maisons. Tout cela, et c'est toujours agréable et calme la nuit.
Il y a beaucoup de stationnement gratuit dans la rue juste en face de chez moi. Si vous prévoyez d'utiliser les transports en commun, les arrêts de bus Taylor @ Olive NB / SB sont à environ un pâté de maisons.

Property is actually nicer than it appears in pictures. Our only complaint was the outdated television that couldn’t connect to WiFi for casting. We didn’t spend a lot of tv time with all there is to do in central west end area. Thoroughly enjoyed visit to St Louis. Will consider this condo next visit for sure!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home with my family. Any issues we had were quickly responded to by the management. The location was good for visiting the Central West End and Forest Park.
The home is good for families, especially if you have younger children.

Overall, the house was tidy and comfortable. However, the kitchen could have used one more inspection by the cleaners. There was a plate of Doritos in a kitchen cabinet, which was odd. And several items (pan, bowl, glass) were visibly dirty. A couple other small areas for improvement: the remote to the fireplace was missing, and the 3rd floor bedroom was pretty cold. Also on the back door (used when entering from the garage) the door code did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. All 3 of these things wouldn’t be much of an issue most of the year but in the middle of winter could’ve made the stay better. Having said all that, we would still recommend this rental for a St. Louis getaway.

This home is nothing short of amazing. Is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and very clean the neighborhood is quite and close to everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

This apartment has a lovely rooftop view of downtown and 4 outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the skyline. This is a great location where we were always able to find parking right next to our place yet also just minutes away from the CWE and activities in forest park. The property was not clean. The door handles were filthy, a sign at the door requested shoes to be removed, but the carpet was filthy. Hair in the shower, dirty walls, stained couch, and more. The pictures online are deceiving. Due to the pandemic staying in the property would have put my family at risk, therefore, I was forced to stay in a hotel for our safety. I requested at the least a refund for one day and the cleaning fee. My request was denied, this was the worst experience!

Like being a guest in a family members home.
We rented this beautiful home for week as it was near the Hospital. I can’t over emphasize how beautiful and big. Also, don’t go buying cooking stuff ( oils, seasoning spices etc.). The kitchen is ready ! It was the perfect place for our family to use as a retreat for breaks from hospital visits and to rest peacefully when needed. When I’m back in town for Cardinals games, this will be my first choice... hands down .

This property is stunning and spotless clean. All of the bathrooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is spectacular. Close to grocery stores and quaint shops. We will definitely return.

Extra nice place
The house is even more spacious than it appears in the photos. New, clean and comfortable. Nice, safe neighborhood. My only suggestion is the living room needs a couple more chairs. Two couches = not enough seating when everyone is together visiting or watching football games. Terrific place though, I will definitely keep it in mind next time our family stays in St Louis.

GREAT Home away from Home
I loved the open floor plan, the spacious four bedrooms and location. The pictures are good but the actual property is better - extras were provided in every room! Communication and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I look forward to my next visit!!!

This place is the perfect location no matter what your plans are whether it be the shopping, dining, downtown events, etc. Plenty of room and felt safe. Listing states the master has king bed but all were queens and one twin. This was not an issue for my stay but just not what was expected.

Nice, comfortable accommodations
This home has a great kitchen and nice big dining room table that can accommodate a big group. Only concern is that description stated there was a sofa bed and a futon in the home and neither were present. Beds are comfortable and home is well-equipped. Easy access with a door code. Would like a little more seating for the group in the "living room" area. Owners were very responsive in answering questions and providing assistance.

Nice location in CWE with good on street parking. 3 story townhouse with open first floor kitchen/great room. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk to local restaurants.
