Beautiful home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, spacious and had everything that you could need. The backyard was big and completely fenced in with a nice sitting area. We had to request to come in a day early at the last minute and Deborah was so sweet and let us do that. There are shops and restaurants very close and we were a 20 minute Uber ride to Fort Worth and 30 minutes from AT&T Stadium. We would definitely recommend this home.

I was in the area for my Master's Graduation. The house is in a great central location. Plenty of room for the friends and family who came to help us celebrate. Overall a great experience and a great weekend!

This house is stocked so well. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen has all you need for cooking for a group. Very comfortable for a large family with 4 bedrooms as listed. Would recommend.

My family spent a long weekend at the house. Many rental houses aren’t fully stocked with consumables either requiring you to bring items from home or hit the store. Not the case here! Everything you need is in the house and in great quantities too! Debbie was quick to respond with the few questions I had and everything worked well at the house. This was a great location for us as we were in ft worth one day, Dallas another, and at a rangers game as well. Plenty of restaurant options less than 10 minutes away.

House was easy to find, perfect for our group (6 college aged guys). There are 3 beds upstairs and one bedroom contains a fold out couch and the master bedroom may also contain a fold out couch but we didn’t end up needing it. Large couch in living room can also comfortably sleep at least 2. Overall a great property and we really enjoyed our stay!

We werevin Arlington for The American Rodeo at Globe Life Field. The property provided EXACTLY what we needed. Plenty if hit water. Loads of room to cook and gather in kiving kitchen area. Host had ALL the comforts of home we needed. *loved real fluffy towels) Kitchen was super well stocked! Bedrroms were comfie. Great experience for rest & relaxing for my grouo.

Accommodating home for our family traveling In for wedding

We had a weekend trip to celebrate my cousin and her fiance. The house was spacious and able to accomodate 2 couples and host a small dinner party (3 couples). Plenty of supplies to cook and share a meal with family. Debbie, the host, was very responsive to any questions and expectations. I would definitely rebook this property.

We stayed here over Christmas and were thrilled that the house had some cute Christmas decorations! The home feels larger than its square footage but I’m not sure why. I was with my husband and our teenagers and everyone loved having their own space with tv in each room. But we also enjoyed hanging out all together in the comfy living room. The house is in a good location and it’s easy to get to Fort Worth and Dallas. If we need a home in Arlington again, this will be our preferred place to stay!

This was the perfect location to stay. From the beautiful house to the beautiful themed bedrooms, this by far is the best place that we have stayed at. The owner was super responsive for whatever questions we had and was fantastic about getting back to us. She really knows how to take care of her guests. We had no complaints and enjoyed this home for the week we stayed in Arlington. I look forward to staying here again in the future for future visits!!

This was perfect for a stay with our family over Thanksgiving. There were 4 bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a park right behind the house and a great walking trail. Would definitely stay again!

Really large 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. TVs in each bedroom and downstairs. All towels, linens and almost every amenity you could need and great wifi. It suited our needs perfectly for 5 adults and one child. Stayed 7 nights and price was very reasonable

Place was clean, well stocked and in a good location! It was a good stay and convenient to all places we needed to go! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

House was prefect size for the 8 of us. 5 adults 3 kids. Lots of extra linens and kitchenware- sometimes with big groups it can be a struggle but this house was prepared! Backyard was a great place to unwind after our busy baseball game schedule each night. Littles enjoyed the few outdoor toys that were available. Gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to lack of attention to details. Lots of dust on ceiling vents, under the couch and blinds haven’t been dusted in ages. Touch surfaces, bathrooms and bedrooms were visibly clean, bed linens were clean. Just the little details lacking.

This was a beautiful house in a great location! We had everything we needed and then some with all the amenities this house offers. Communication was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Arlington area.

I loved this property - it was perfect for a 4 night stay in Arlington for a work trip. I had my Boston Terrier pup with me and she loved the big, enclosed back yard, and I loved the beautifully decorated, immaculate, extremely comfortable accommodations. From the huge couch in the living room, smart TVs in every room, luxury bedding, and everything you need in the kitchen, it felt like home instead of staying in a VRBO. I will definitely rebook as this trip will likely be an annual one for Big 12 Media Days in Arlington. Thanks Debbie! Wonderful home and you were super easy to communicate with.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Location was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were a little hot at night but fans were provided in the rooms to help with this. The listing did show two couches in the large room upstairs and there was only one. We had planned for someone to sleep there but were able to use the family room couch and everything worked great. We would definitely stay again!

Our family was in town for a wedding with our adult children. This house was a great fit for our needs giving us enough space for everyone to relax. It was adjacent to a neighborhood park to do some walking in the morning. Quiet neighborhood.

Love the house! A lot bigger that you think looking the photos. Lots of things supplied in the house. We have 2 toddlers and plenty of toys and back yard for them to run around in. Neighborhood playground was right behind the house. That was an added bonus!

We recently stayed at this house to attend a wedding in the Burleson area. We have 3 children between ages 1 and 6, so a hotel is not a good option for us. This rental gave us the flexibility to let the kids be kids and not worry so much about their noise and activity levels. The house itself was HUGE, with plenty of room for all of us and our stuff. We loved having access to a kitchen and laundry. I loved that there were some items there for us to use, like a ride on toy, a push lawnmower toy, some magnet tiles, etc. I wish there had been a high chair or pack n' play style crib or playpen, but we did fine without them. Overall, we would stay here again just to come back to the area with or without a wedding!
