We have stayed in various rentals over the years in Eastham. This property was in a great location in walking distance of 2 bay side beaches. The property owners were super friendly and available for anything we may have needed. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at the property the last week of august. It was exactly as described, clean cozy and comfortable. Ed and Val were great hosts. Check-in was easy which was great because we ended up getting in late. Anything you could possibly need was there, we overpacked. It was just the perfect way to end summer. We hope to start a tradition and be back next year. Thank you again Ed and Val, hope to see you next year...Mike and family

This cottage has everything needed for a great vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a grassy garden to sit and read and maybe bbq that fish for supper. It is also walking distance to a really great beach! The hosts are friendly and ready to help with all questions. A few days there makes me ready to book for next year.

We had a great time during our April school vacation getaway. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to all attractions and is walking distance to a few bay beaches which was a great bonus. Ed is a fantastic host. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

Perfect cottage for an autumn break. Warm, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped. Great location, close to beaches and hiking locations, and easy to reach shops. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you to Ed and Val for your friendly welcome.

Val and Bob are friendly and readily available if needed. We rented their cottage for 4 days. The cottage was clean, orderly and plenty of room for 4 adults. Communication was top notch, cottage instructions and local info was available and the location is in a great neighborhood. Thank you Val and Bob!!!

The cottage location was great, just a few minutes from the bay and close to the ocean. There is a lockable shed to store bicycles. The kitchen is small but well stocked with cookware and dishes. It doesn't have a lime/lemon squeezer and lacks a cheese grater, but the stove and appliances were fine. It has a great hot shower inside and out. We really enjoyed our stay.

I will definitely stay at their cottage again! It was close to beaches, restaurants, and great hiking trails! Cottage was clean, quiet, and lots of trees and bushes to screen it from the road. Thank you Ed and Val! Cindy S.

We have rented here before and hope to do so again! Nice, clean up to date cottage, in a good location close to National Seashore, audubon sanctuary and bay beaches. Landlords are helpful and there’s everything you could need for a great stay

The cottage is very clean and comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped. We really just slept there as we spent most of the time with family nearby, so can’t comment on the amenities and things to do.

Great location, close to everything plus a peaceful secluded retreat at the end of a day. A great deck for coffee in the morning for bird & bunny watching. The hosts were so kind would definitely stay again.

Lovely serene walk to bay beaches at Sunken Meadow. Super-convenient to ocean beaches at Marconi, Nauset and Coast Guard. Secluded, very private feeling despite being on a well-travelled beach road that quiets down at night. Locust trees were in bloom and the dropping blossoms were delightful, as were the song birds.

Outstanding Eastham Cottage, a great getaway , super clean, has just enough furnishings, close to water, plus had outstanding weather. Going in the Fall, without all the traffic was perfect. Needless to say, we are older but there is plenty to do and see. Mary, Ken, Sherri, Silver Spring, MD

We had a great time spending the week in the cottage. It was clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. The location was great for exploring all parts of the Cape. Ed was friendly and happy to offer assistance if needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ed and Val are such nice people and really maintain the cottage meticulously. It’s so clean and inviting. All the essentials you need and then some. Beds are comfortable. Loved the chairs in the living room. We didn’t spend much time in the cottage during the day because the location is fabulous!!! We took off on day trips all over the outer cape and saw all of the National seashore beaches and bayside. Whale watch out of Provincetown. I can’t say enough good about the whole experience. Thank you Ed and Val!

The cottage was comfortable and clean, and Ed and Val could not have been kinder hosts. Great yard for cornhole, convenient access to bay-side beaches, and a fantastic outdoor shower. The property is well located for people who want to travel up and down the Cape. There are beautiful ponds to explore, marshy areas to visit and of course beautiful Oceanside beaches! We were just about 30 minutes drive from Provincetown, which we enjoyed visiting and we also took a whale watch tour from there. We would relax on the cottage’s deck in the evening or have our coffee in the morning. There are grills available and we enjoyed some of our meals in our home away from home. There were plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. The cottage backyard is private and serene with beautiful trees and vegetation. The owner was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
