Besides the ideal locations, there is nothing to shout about.

With the price I paid and a little more I could have a better place to stay.

The sheets were clean and the mattress firm.

The sink leaked and so the puddle on the floor grew each time I washed my hands. I had to use the bath mat to absorb all the water. I had a cockroach companion. A literal one. I'm not being rude about a human. The room and the hotel and the location felt scuzzy and shabby. There were marks on the wall I did not want to investigate. Manager was surly and crass. Did not reply to my emails. Helped me get a ride to the station - brusquely. And seemed unperturbed (and unsurprised) by the news about the sink. And unmoved to fix it. Awful. Would not go back.

Accommodation price was very affordable, there's free water refill and the bed was comfortable; we extended for 1 more night and they were kind enough to move us to a bigger room as that was the only available room then and at an earlier time

the room was smelly, dusty - no allocated space/rod to hang towel or clothes in the bathroom.. the bathroom itself was very small but that wasn't the issue, it was that the shower was just right next to the toilet bowl so the latter gets wet when you shower; the room we moved in to was huge but it's really smelly as in strong smoke smell because they allow smoking in most if not all rooms.. we had to spray air freshener almost every few hours; the location doesn't look safe so just take a cab when you go back late night; there's also not many shops or restaurants around; the location is not as bad - it's near JB Sentral but you'd have to know where the short cut is to call it "near"

The fact that I had to pay cash. The location is dreadful. It is very difficult to walk any from the hotel.

The price is very good, rooms are spacious with nice shower. Far superior than most hotels in JB with the same price point.

The location is far from town, needs around 10~30mins grab to go for good. Be ready to use Grab if staying here. If u drive, it's perfect for u.

I think I asked for non smoking room (but I'm not sure). Room assigned was a smoking room. By the time i noticed it was too late to ask for a change
