Newly Renovated Condo in the heart of downtown Nantucket
Ceci est un condo élégant et récemment rénové situé au coeur du centre-ville de Nantucket. Situé aux deuxième et troisième étages du 23 Federal Street, le condo offre trois chambres à coucher et trois salles de bain complètes. Si vous voulez être au centre de tout cela et à proximité des fabuleux restaurants de Nantucket, c'est la propriété parfaite!
Premier étage:
Vous entrez dans la propriété par des escaliers menant au niveau inférieur du condo au deuxième étage de l'immeuble. Le premier étage a une cuisine ouverte et un salon, laveuse et sécheuse et salle de bain complète. Il y a une chambre avec un canapé-lit qui peut servir de chambre ou d'espace de bureau. La cuisine est ultra moderne et l'espace ouvert en fait un endroit idéal pour se divertir.
Deuxième étage:
Il y a deux chambres situées au deuxième étage du condo, chacune avec une salle de bains privative. Une chambre offre un lit king et les deux autres lits jumeaux.

My family has been staying at this property for a few years now and we always have a lovely time. The host has continued to be wonderful throughout the years and is always very clear and available if needed. The house is always clean and tidy. It's perfect for our family or 3 couples as each bedroom space has its own bathroom.
They continue to make upgrades to the property to enhance the stay. This year had the biggest changes and it was very nicely done.

House is very clean and in great central location to walk to everything. It was perfect for our family of 6. We had a couple of glitches with TV and AC but house manager and owner addressed immediately and could not have been more responsive. There is some street noise at night but we understand that’s the trade off to being so close to all the stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this VRBO and visiting beautiful Nantucket!

We stayed in this beautiful modern apartment for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. We had 4 adults, our 8-month old, and our 3-year old. The location is perfect as it’s on a quiet street that’s near the center of town and the ferry and close to so many restaurants. It’s also close to both Wave bus stops in town which makes it easy to explore the rest of the island. We appreciated the pack and play as it was easy to stay with our baby. And the apartment was very modern and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place is AMAZING!! Location is perfect, right in downtown to shops, restaurants and groceries and easy walking distance to the ferry and beach. Like others have said, it is a little loud at night but that’s the price you pay for being so close to everything. Place was immaculate, beautifully decorated with nice linens and the central AC was a blessing. Host was clear in communications. Hope to book again soon!

The ideal location in the heart of the town. Beautifully renovated property, with attention to detail and care for the little things. high end bedding and linens, and kitchen appliances, etc. Exceptionally well done.
A few minor concerns - could do without the noise from basement pilates studio in the morning (and we rise early) and they need to upgrade the laundry machines (run time cycles are insanely long). that said, we go back annually because the place is great!!!

I booked this place last minute for a 4 day trip. Rooms were comfortable, location was perfect, and we had everything we needed in the condo. Will come again!

Easy walk from the docks to the property. The condo is pristine. Immaculately clean, well set up and modernly renovated. Perfect for our family of 2 adult parents and 3 adult daughters. You do need to be able to negotiate stairs and not require perfect quiet. Would love to stay here on future visits to the Island.

This was our second year staying here and it doesn't disappoint! Very clean and updated. Central location to the ferry, restaurants, and downtown area. Separate bathrooms for each room too! Dana is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back soon!

This place was great! Spacious, clean, and a perfect get away for 1-2 families or a group of girlfriends. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic dishes (and a cute little dishwasher), a huge fridge and great lounging area. The rooms were spacious and each bathroom (3!) was great. There is an exercise studio under the apartment so you can definitely hear some pump up music throughout the day, but we are early risers and didn’t mind. The soundproofing on the windows to drown out down town sounds was good, but you are still right next to some restaurants with patios/bars, so it’s not silent at night like the countryside, if that’s what anyone is looking for. We loved the location, right next to all the shops, restaurants, and close to the bus stops to explore the outer parts of the island. We will definitely be returning!

Stayed with a friend and our teen daughters. The location could not have been better and the condo was well laid out with modern appliances and a fresh clean look. The only downside is that it can be noisy at night with the adjacent restaurant and bar and then in the mornings with garbage and recycling pick up. For a short stay though, this a prime property and the property manager was very responsive and accomodating.

The property is in the heart of town, newly renovated, and well-cared for and well-though out in terms of what guests may need during their stay. The owner also is very responsive to questions and flexible in her approach to make your stay optimal.

Property was wonderful. Bright, clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect. A block or two to all the best restaurants and shopping. Super close to the ferry and bike rentals. Great for strolls in the historic area. The view of the harbor from the master was an awesome bonus. Third bedroom is a sofa bed. But there are three full baths. Would absolutely stay again!

If you are looking for ease and convenience, then this is the place to be. Walk everywhere or ride your bike. The apartment is perfectly appointed, leaving you 100% satisfied. My family and I will be back next year for sure.

The property is centrally located just up the street from the ferry. Also nearby to shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is is within a 15 to 20 minute walk, depending on which beach you choose. The building itself is newly renovated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was trash removal. They do not have their own trash barrels outside and ask visitors to deposit the trash in the municipal receptacles that are nearby. Those trash receptacles have signs on them that they should not be used for household waste and threaten a fine. This made me a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, we were totally pleased.
