Cette maison récemment rénovée est situé à La Quinta Cove. Les belles montagnes de Santa Rosa peut être vu de la cour avant et les montagnes de corail de la technologie de galets chauffée / spa récemment refait surface. Devant la cour dispose d'un mobilier de patio très confortable tout en vous relaxant à côté d'un dispositif de l'eau personnalisé. Randonnée pédestre et de vélo sont à distance de marche. Cette maison est à quelques minutes de la vieille ville de La Quinta, qui a de merveilleux restaurants, salons et boutiques.
Le salon dispose d'un concept ouvert avec des plafonds hauts et des accents de mur de pierre. Pour vos loisirs, nous avons fourni un téléviseur HD à écran plat LG de 60 pouces avec câble, internet wifi et appels illimités vers les Etats-Unis et au Canada. Cette cuisine est entièrement équipée et a des comptoirs en granit.
La chambre principale a un lit queen size et un 32 dans Samsung écran plat HD TV à écran plat. Le maître de bain est joliment carrelé avec un verre douche de plain-pied. Deux lavabos avec comptoirs en granit. Porte coulissante hors salle de bain principale donne un accès rapide à la technologie piscine et spa chauffé galets. Première chambre a une reine lit tandis que la deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux, idéal pour les enfants. Deuxième salle de bains est hors du couloir, qui est un accès facile aux deux chambres. Cette salle de bain est également magnifiquement carrelée avec un verre douche walk-in et comptoir de granit.
Laveuse et sécheuse sont hors du couloir à proximité de toutes les chambres.
Si vous aimez le golf, la vallée de Coachella offre plusieurs terrains de golf prestigieux. Silver Rock ,, La Quinta Resort and Spa et PGA West sont à quelques minutes de notre maison.
House se trouve à 8 minutes en voiture à l'Empire Polo Fields où Coachella, Stagecoach et Desert concerts de voyage sont organisés.

Marla is an amazing host! Her home is beautiful, always clean, and incredibly comfortable. It’s fully stocked and spacious, perfect for the entire family. The pool is a great size, and the outdoor seating area is fantastic. Our family has made it a tradition to visit this gem every summer, and we look forward to many more visits in the future. The house was clean. Easy check in process, responsive host. We enjoyed the pool and house very well. Perfect for families who seek for a private getaway. The only thing was the too hot weather dur to heat wave which has nothing with host. Other than that, it was completely perfect. ✌️

We loved this VRBO!! The only down was the sun shining in your eyes in the morning due to the type of window treatments. Other than that this was a very nice stay! Thank you!!

This house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was pretty close to the event as well.
The neighbors kept to themselves, and it was in a good quiet neighborhood.
The pool was very nice to have. It made the 105-degree temperature seem like 80 degrees.
The house could have held more people, but I went on this trip with the wife only. We had a 3-bedroom house to ourselves basically which was nice!
There were a few annoying crickets that got into the house. But they didn't last long! :)
All in all, it was very enjoyable stay, and we had a great time. I would stay at this house again if I were in the area. It was very secluded and easy to check in and out of.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway with family. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Marla is a amazing host! She was super responsive & very helpful with any questions we had. We spent most of our time spacious pool & back patio which is nice & spacious. Awesome place for a relaxing pool weekend getaway! My 2 friends and I loved floating and swimming in Marla’s beautiful large pool the entire weekend. We went in June and the water temperature was perfect without it being heated. The pool waterfall makes a peaceful sound.
Trader Joe’s and other stores less than 10 minutes away, which is great since her kitchen was begging to be cooked in. Marla also stocks the house with the necessities - olive oil, spices, coffee, tea and best of all - there’s filtered water and ice from the fridge!
The house, rooms and bathrooms were decorated cute and comfy. We loved watching movies on the large TV at night. Just be aware that there are a good amount of bugs at night time (during the day is fine) since it’s the desert.
Marla was helpful and responsive. I hope to return soon! :)

We had the best time. The owner, Marla, is amazing, responsive and accommodating. We had a blast in the pool every day and were allowed to have friends come over and join us. The house and yard are beautiful and clean. There were pool floats to use and books and games to enjoy. We will definitely be back to enjoy this hidden gem in La Quinta!

The home is absolutely beautiful. Everything you could possibly need Marla has at the house. The kitchen appliances are high end great quality. Plenty of towels for pool and showers. The house was stocked very well. The bbq very clean. We had a great time and would definetely rent this house again.

This house has everything you need and everything was clean and well kept, including all kitchen accessories. The pool was cleaned twice a week and was kept at a more than comfortable temperature. The property rep was just a text away and very attentive. Absolutely the best VRBO we have stayed at and we have stayed at several. Family friendly Comfortable beds, everything we needed was there. Thanks again for an amazing 10 days in the sun!!

This property was a perfect escape from the city to get some much needed quiet time. The host was friendly, informative and more than helpful and quick to resolve any issues. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool on a hot sunny day. Will visit again!

Host was extremely nice and attentive we had an issue with the AC owner immediately schedule someone to come in and got it fix. House was clean. Pool was great. No issues other than if you staying in the master bedroom the sun will wake you up as the blinds/curtains are really thing and the master bathroom has real thin blinds too. My spouse came in running letting me know to turn off the light of while I changed because everyone at the pool was able to see while I was changing after I showered. Again the blinds/curtains are really thin. But turn of the light while you shower and change and you be good haha. Other than that everything was great.

House was beautiful and immaculate. Pool was perfect BUT House air conditioning did not work it was 82 in home all week. Host was very responsive to our complaints about the heat. Host had air conditioning service man out 3 times to fix but no change. Service man mentioned air unit was scheduled to be replaced. We should have been notified that the unit wasn’t working!. Host mentioned that we shouldn’t have it at 68, but it was set at that when we checked in. Air NEVER WORKED!!!! It was miserable. We either stayed in pool or sat in car with air on.

Simply Amazing
Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The house is a little gem and my husband who wants to downsize in space for retirement, kept saying "I could live here." The house is exactly as listed and full of the necessary amenities and supplies needed for a great vacation. Like other reviews have stated the pictures don't do it justice. Really nice home with great decor and space. We loved watching the "Dodger " games on the large tv in the living room and playing "Uno" together as a family. The beds are soft and the property is stocked with everything you need from cookware, extra blankets, eating utensils etc. Of course the younger ones in the family loved the pool and didn't want to get out of the water or leave at the end of the stay. This was a much needed getaway and felt like home away from home. Thank you Marla for sharing this amazing space with others. Again truly a gem. Hope to be back next summer.

Girl's Weekend
My friends and I stayed here for a fun girl's weekend to swim and play board games. The property was beautiful and exactly as described. We had plenty of space and the pool was great. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We had such a great time at Marla's. They had everything you could ask for and more. The pool was beautiful and a perfect size for our party of 5. The house was clean and and the kitchen had every appliance and cooking utensil we needed for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and not very far from grocery stores. When I contacted Marla with a couple of questions, she was thorough and quick to respond with answers. We loved it here and hope to stay again next summer. Thank you!!

Overall Nice House
Overall this place was nice. Had some issues with alarm system which made home owner call/text a couple of times with instructions but she was always polite. The only issue was that it was too hot at night and having temp at 78* (as per owner’s instructions) a bit hard to sleep but our overall experience was lovely.

A heatwave was no match for that pool
Super clean, the pool was fantastic, there happened to be a heatwave that weekend but there are these super efficient fans in the house (and AC) that kept us cool all weekend long. And that pool was just phenom.
