- 1. 3 km du Nouveau Monde

- un canapé-lit double dans le salon

Me and a couple of friends used this property for a weekend of exploring and fishing the coromandel coast, we arrived earlier than expected but Allison was happy to allow us access as they had property ready and clean.
House had everything we needed, and was extremely well placed for a base. 5minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive to the town centre.
Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

As advertised. Really good location. Close to shops and the beach and the Lost Spring Hot pools. Really good communication with host and we will absolutely stay again.

Hi, thank you for 'loaning' us your bach. The location and facilities were perfect and we had such good weather that we were able to sit outside as well, so feel that we had a summer mini break

My friends and I planned a last minute trip to whitianga and found this lovely batch to stay in. its in a great area, only a half our drive away from hot water beach. 15 minute walk away from a supermarket and 5 minutes away from the beach.
the area is safe and the batch itself is very homely and comfortable to stay in. we had an incredible time and would go back in the future 😊

My family loved it here, had all the essentials, was just a 5 min walk to the beach! The place was clean and tidy. Was a amazing stay and cant wait to adventure more in this little pocket of joy place!!!

The location is great with only being a block from the beach. The house was comfortable with everything we needed. Great shower! I wasn't overjoyed at having to pay extra to rent sheets. I highly recommend you fold that into the price. I'm sure you have other folks who are not locals and don't travel with sheets/towels. Communication was excellent! Thanks for the stay!

Nice and easy no-frills stay, close to the beach and supermarkets. Only few qualms were that the double-bed mattress in the bunk bed was uncomfortable to sleep in and the prior guests hadn't entirely cleared out all the stuff from the refrigerator.

We paid for bed linen.....the last property we had crisp flat bed sheets these looked like the had been crumpled up somewhere..reminded me of student living and smelled unwashed a layer of dust but there is nowhere on here to post the photos .....we had to purchase our own pillows

Serenity provided a great place to base our winter getaway. It provided access to all over the east coast of the peninsular and was close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. It was also tidy and warm (great to have heat pumps throughout the house!) :)

What is a great bach and had everything we needed. Very nice area, walking distance to town, offstreet parking etc.

Property was perfectly located and was minutes away from the beach so we could enjoy the walk into town. Lots of space.

We booked in Saterday 24 December just after 4 pm, and was immediately welcomed with a clean and amazing accommodation. We knew immediately that we are going to enjoy our time, and we definitely did. Thank you for an unbelievable experience. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and will come back again.

The property was clean & tidy when we arrived. The communication with the owner was easy. We were only a short 5min stroll to the beach & the kids walked regularly to town to the shops.
The free wifi & selection of DVDs kept the kids occupied at night.
There were 5 of us & we never had any issues running out of hot water for showers.
It would of been nice to have access to a bbq & maybe outdoor items for the kids like bikes/scooters/fishing rods/buckets/spades/body boards etc seeing we were from out of town(overseas). There were other houses behind us(battleaxe blocks) but we had no issues with noise etc.
It has a fully functional kitchen & laundry which worked well(except for the oven which was awkward to work out how to turn on the actual oven, but got it sorted after playing around with the timer buttons).
Overall we had a lovely stay & would recommend the property to others. It was close to everything we needed & serviced our needs. Also has a nice plum tree out back with beautiful tasting fruit(late December)😊.
One other small detail we would recommend changing is the late check in time of 4pm(A bit late in the day). 11am check out time was good though 👍
