Superbe condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé à seulement 1 pâté de maisons de la plage de Medano, l'une des rares plages baignables de Los Cabos, à 10 minutes à pied de la marina et à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. L'unité a tout ce que vous pouvez demander, y compris une cuisine avec tous les gadgets dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, un barbecue, une laveuse et une sécheuse, même un parasol, des chaises de plage et une glacière. L'unité a une grande suite parentale qui comprend un bain à remous et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux extra longs qui peuvent être convertis en lit king-size sur demande. My husband and I stayed for our 20th Anniversary trip. The condo was large enough that we could've brought our kids. It was a quick walk to the beach to eat breakfast at Tabasco. The chairs and the umbrella offered at the condo was very useful. Town was also an easy Uber ride or lazy walk back to the condo. We loved our stay and are ready to bring our kids back next time!

We just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our 35 day stay. The unit is well maintained with everything that is needed for a short or long term stay. It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and the marina. The feature that we appreciated the most was the responsiveness of the owner and property manager. They were a delight to deal with.
This was our second year and we are already booked again for next year.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was (4) of our first time in Cabo and really enjoyed the location and property. It was nicely equipped with everything we needed plus some. It was also located within walking distance of everything in our portion of town as well as close to the highway if you want to drive to Costco, airport, other parts of the beach etc.

This was a lovely property. Well stocked kitchen. Big fluffy beach towels, extra blankets, filtered water. Pools were lovely. Well kept property. Would be thrilled to stay here again. As a suggestion: a full length mirror somewhere in the unit would have been helpful.

The place was very clean, spacious and only a 5-10 min walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants within a 10 min walk or you can take an Uber for less than $5. The owner was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our 28 day stay. Everything was very much as advertised, with the beach and restaurants a 10 minute walk away. We gave a rating of 4/5 stars for neighborhood and location because the condo is on a busy street. When you balance the nuisance of the street noise with all of the other benefits, this property was great value. We’d love to return next year.

This was the best property we ever rented for a vacation either in Mexico or Florida. The pictures on the website are very accurate. This condo is very well equipped with comfortable furniture, modern appliances and complete kitchen instrumentation. It is also incredibly well stocked with all paper products such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, Kleenex, etc. provided. The large terrace is particularly pleasant with a lounging area and a well-functioning BBQ. Everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels and umbrella is also provided. Weekly cleaning service was available for a long stay. A well appreciated feature.
In terms of location, you cannot ask for anything better. Short walk to a beautiful beach, within walking distance to grocery shopping and close to a large variety of restaurants and stores.
We experienced a little glitch at arrival. We arrived a day late and the key had not been left at the gate for us. We were helped by the staff at the property gate and things were resolved. We would like to commend the staff at the gate of this property who proved to be very pleasant and very helpful throughout our stay.
One disappointment was that the pool water was very cold. Apparently the heating system was not working. It was not fixed during the month we spent there.
Finally, communications with the property owner throughout the rental process were easy and pleasant. She quickly responded to all inquiries. In conclusion, I would highly recommend this property; it will not disappoint.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in this building but first time with this unit. I’ve found each time to be perfectly located. 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to downtown. The condo was incredibly clean and spacious. The pull out couch was a bonus. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Would happily stay again. In fact, it might be my go-to for next time. I’ve already recommended to family and friends.

We stayed at this property for 15 nights in late July/beginning of August. Emily is a highly organized and responsive owner. The place is very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable living. Beach gear provided by the host was very helpful and we used it regularly. An all-terrain wagon would be helpful and I often wished for one :). We also discovered and used the hotel Casa Dorada which sells day passes (9 am to 6 pm) that include beach loungers with umbrellas, a towel and the entrance fee is applied towards food and drink purchases. It’s a pretty good deal. There are stores near the property, the neighborhood is very walkable, no car is necessary unless one wants to explore other beaches and towns which we did. The building has 24/7 security and everybody around is nice. The closest beach has several restaurants, an activity kiosk and many vendors sell various gifts. Overall we had a great time. Great condo in Cabo
Wonderful clean secure condo, close to the beach. The filtered icemaker and water dispenser from the fridge was so great! Eduardo was wonderful and helped with the return of my wife's lost luggage from the airlines and other things. The security guards at the gate were friendly and efficient. It was interesting to sit on the balcony and watch the various activities at the park across the street.
Negatives - forced to buy damage insurance, first few days pool wasn't heated, sometimes there was traffic noise from the road in front. This area is in a drought. There should be notifications about being thoughtful about water usage. The locals have very limited water available to them.
