This was our 5th trip to Kiawah, and this home is perfect for a family with a bunch of kids. The open spaces, numerous bedrooms, and great kitchen were exactly what was needed. The home is on a quiet street backing to a pond and was a short and easy walk to the beach even for our younger kids. I hope we can stay here again on our next trip to Kiawah.

370 Red Bay is a little slice of heaven and a happy memory for our family. The 9 of us traveled from all over to gather at Kiawah for a 60th birthday celebration for me and my husband. We had not done this since our 50th celebration in Greece, so Kiawah had a lot to live up to, and this house delivered! The layout of the house gives both privacy for guests and comfortable group gathering spaces, too! Best is the lovely and very short walk to the beach! We all loved having the lagoon behind the house where we saw a lot of beautiful and interesting wildlife.
We were sad to leave this house, and everyone suggested that we rent it again in future! It was the perfect space for our beautiful family.

Great location. Big house. The property team was very responsive when we had a minor issue. The house was clean. However the house is tired. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable. The back room had a musty smell.

We were a group of 9 staying at the house, three generations. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was nice to have a master on the main floor so the grandparents did not have to deal with stairs. The kitchen was well-supplied for preparing meals. It was great to have two den areas so that groups could engage in different activities without disturbing each other. We did have an issue with a smoke alarm chirping at 10 PM one night. We just took it out, and it was repaired the next day. The location is terrific. It's a short walk to the beach access path and it's a pretty short boardwalk compared to others on the island. You did not feel like you had to bring everything you could possibly need on the beach for the whole day. It was very clean. They mentioned limited supplies of dish detergent, paper towels, TP, etc. So we brought extra, but probably didn't need it. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent. Also, you have to supply your own beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. I also like to bring my own dish towels, because those are never well-stocked at a beach house and I seem to use a lot. Overall, we really enjoyed the house and I would happily stayed there again if I had a similar size group.

Spacious home perfect for large family gatherings
This home is even better than pictured. This is our second time renting this home; the first time we had an extended family group that included 3 small children. The bedrooms are far enough apart that the children did not disturb each other. We also loved the 2 large living areas giving plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a large table for all to sit around. It is a very short, easy walk to the beach. We are big fans of Kiawah and enjoyed our stay in this home very much!

Family holiday
Spacious home, set up beautifully for family gatherings. Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of comfortable seating, tables to play games and do puzzles. Wonderful selection of books to choose from and plenty of places to curl up and read. Great beach access, although the closest boardwalk was closed for reno, the next was only 5-7 mins away.

This home is even better than pictured and exceeded our expectations. We had an extended family group including 3 small children. We loved having 2 large living areas, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms are spread out so the children did not disturb each other. It is also just a short walk to the beach. We are big fans of Kiawah and enjoyed our stay in this home very much!

Perfect multi-family house
We had a delightful stay. There were two families, one was with a 3 year old and 18 month old and another with an eight month old and 3 year old. Plenty of space, plenty of beds, tons of towels, clean, well stocked kitchen, quick walk to the beach, nice little bike ride to night heron park… we’ll be back!

Great House
We love staying at 370 Red Bay. It provides us with plenty of room and is comfortable. It is also close walk to the beach. Looking forward to being able to stay there again.

Dirty house during pandemic
DO NOT RENT FROM VACASA!!
DIRTY DIAPER left in bedroom. DIRTY SHEETS left in laundry room on floor from past renter. Cleaning service had to come back the same night we were arrived to rental to clean and still we cleaned more than they did. Vacasa promised CDC guideline cleaning, but food and drink were left in fridge from past renters, crumbs were left on kitchen table, and pee was left on toilet seat in master bath. Multiple roaches and dead bugs found around house and property. Empty gas tank in grill.

Great for extended family!
The layout of this house was perfect for our group which included young adults, parents and a grandparent. Comfortable spaces for all, enjoyed a jigsaw puzzle on a rainy day while others cheered on football in the large back living area. We fed a crowd to celebrate a birthday, seating 16+. Had quiet retreat space for everyone when needed. A well equipped kitchen - the labels in cabinets are great, plenty of fridge and freezer space as well as plenty of pantry selves for groceries. The kitchen is built for cooking and we used it! The library of books, games and puzzles was a welcome surprise. The large laundry room provided an extra storage area.
Easy access to the beach made for fun bike rides and walks. This house reminds me of beach trips of my youth - an old fashioned family beach home that is casual and welcoming, without being fussy. We will come back to 370 Red Bay!

Fun weekend getaway.
Kiawah is one of our favorite beaches to visit. This house had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the beautiful well stocked kitchen and there was plenty of space to spread out. The beach was only a block away and we loved biking the bike paths!

We all had space!
This home ended up being perfect for three families with kids! We all had plenty of space and they were even two living areas so we never felt like we were on top of one another. It was unbelievably close to the beach so we were able to go back-and-forth throughout the day without any great effort. Beds were comfortable and house was clean.

Great Floor Plan
This was a very comfortable home. Wonderful layout with large common area as well as separate areas that allowed all to enjoy whatever they wanted to do. Short walk to the beach. There were several small maintenance issues (e.g., problem with lock box, ice maker didn’t work, etc.), but VRBO staff responded quickly.

Great House Great Location!
This was a great house for a family reunion. It was large with two good size family spaces. A beautiful beach is a one minute walk to get to. There are restaurants and shopping plaza's very close by, even a Harris Teeter, where they sell groceries. The only thing is the TV's do not support Amazon, Youtube or Netflex, so make sure you bring what you need to watch any movies or shows.

We have rented this house several years with our family and it is great. Location is so close to the beach, a nice easy walk. With little grandchildren it gives them plenty of room to play. Beachwalker is a great company to do rentals thru. always willing to help if any problems should arise. We love Kiawah!!!

Just stayed in the house. Some rooms slightly run down, damp and dingy; found half a dozen live cockroaches over the course of a week. Generally not a very clean house.
