Comfortable, nice remodel, various bed pillow options

Being a rental unit, recommend upgrading TV to a smart TV so renters can use apps to watch specific shows and movies we want. Local cable options appeared to have limited options. TV stand blocks remote usage and have to hold remote up to get channel changed. Edge of TV stand blocks part of TV view from table.

It had thoughtful things to use while staying there

The cleaning fee and extra charges added are outrageous as it is everywhere in Hawaii

G14 was homey and cozy. The kitchen was handy and had everything I needed for my 10 stay was there. The bed was comfortable and the towels were thick and soft. The pool was conveniently close. The beach just a short walk. It has free internet which was great for being able keep my Facebook family up to date with my vaction pictures every evening. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing for me not to like.

I couldn’t find an ice machine. no elevator

It was close to a convenience store, restaurants and a drug store. There was a partial ocean view. There were three pools and two hot tubs on the property. The beds were comfy. The towels were good. The pool and beach towels were extra plush and large. The kitchen had full utensils and appliances except dishwasher. I loved the living room sofa; it was long, firm and sized for my long legs. The maintenance person for Vacasa, Harold, was helpful and always ready to come help. He would come almost immediately and wanted to do the best he could.

The particular unit had a unique air conditioning set up. The a/c unit was placed near a wall cutout so that it would blow into the bedroom and living room. The unit was working, but its filter needing changing, which can’t be done because the unit is encased outside in cinderblocks. If a filter is clogged, the unit runs harder, and air is not filtered well. We did not cook in the kitchen because the unit had cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Maintenance replaced the coffee maker, because it had live and dead roaches in it. Maintenance put out traps, but there were still some roaches, even in the refrigerator. Our stay was three weeks, but there was no option to have a cleaning midstay. There were sufficient towels to change out the ones we used.

Location. Reasonable rate for a decent place

Some Cupboard hinges were sprung and didn’t close. Closet sliding door hard to open.

Location was great for us. Marketplace was handy.

Kitchen needed some updating and cabinet repairs.
