Location and the view

The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided superb recommendations for dinner (even booked tables for us at each place).
They also recommended and booked us a fabulous boat trip.
Unique and boutique hotel for a fantastic getaway.
Would have been nice to have more fruit at breakfast (e.g. watermelon ran out and wasn’t replaced)

Breakfast was not suitable for those who just want cereal or granola with cold milk or cold natural yoghurt. Far too many cakes and meats. Would much prefer lots more fruit.

Stunning views from both the spacious bedrooms and the waterside sunbathing area. Fabulous staff - helpful, friendly, welcoming. Delicious breakfast - lots of options. Nice sunny pool area - great spot to cool off or enjoy a poolside G&T. Some good restaurants in Pcranj (walkable) for lunch or dinner. We also took a speedboat across to Perast for dinner - arranged by Maya - fabulous.

The hotel is situation in the most beautiful beautiful position and the staff went above and beyond to look after us. This is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Shoutout to Vujovic (the hotel owner) who made us feel at home,safe in a new country and gave us brilliant tips and suggestions for our onwards journey. Thank you thank you!

Staff are excellent. Room lovely.
As the weather wasn’t the best (and couldn’t sit outside) it would be nice if the bar area had a more ‘intimate’ seating area rather than needing to sit at the dining tables for an after dinner drink and coffee.

All the facility staff are friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Maya and the cook who prepared the beautiful breakfast. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. It is a great luck to have a manager like Maya, because she helps you with everything.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Everything. Beautiful deluxe room. Fantastic view. Nice balcony. Beautiful pool. Very clean. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.

Stunning location - beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing breakfast - lots of choice. Fabulous staff - helpful, friendly, cheerful. Lots of activities / amenities available / close by - pool, beach, kayaks, bikes, boat hire, local cafe, bar, shop. Decent, doable walk or short bus / taxi ride into Kotor. Loved it.

The private area beside the sea was not secluded as it was beside a busy road which separated it from the hotel.

room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. excellent breakfast. we liked the fact we weren’t in the middle of Kotor but would recommend getting a taxi at night to go in to the town. enjoyed the little jetty and the beautiful sights across the bay but the real stars were the staff particularly Maja, Zoe and Darshan (?) who were so helpful with restaurant bookings etc

Great staff and breakfast. good location.
ground floor bathrooms are very mouldy, and there’s a strong damp smell in both the bathroom and bedroom. the shower also leaks which may be contributing to this. we notified the staff twice, but they didn’t seem concerned. the ground floor rooms are also right next to the road, so traffic noise can be quite loud and it doesn’t seem very private.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views! Privat beach is a big plus. Rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast too.
Big shout out to Sava, the staff who is most efficient, helpful and accommodating! He also makes the best coffee!

Really friendly personel! Their kindness upgraded our stay a lot. In addition, we LOVED the breakfast. By far the best we ever got in a hotel. The views of the bay is breathtaking. We had our own car and could park in their garage. Really nice as the road around the bay is narrow and does not offer that many safe parking spaces. Overal, we loved, loved, loved it. Would definitely recommend!
For a longer stay, they are not as many different restaurants you can try that are within walking distance. However, a taxi is generally quickly available and cheap. In addition, the hotel has two options (pizza or food from local restaurant (which was really nice!)) to get your diner delivered to the hotel.
