Location, nice quiet street, 50m from Beach and supermarket

- Cost to use washing machine and park - only an air conditioner in living area, when we were their we had 45degree days…bedroom has fan however is not Cooled by AC

The location of the apartment is very good. There is a quite clean beach nearby and it isn't very crowded. The flat was big enough for 3 people. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was friendly and helpful. We loved the big balcony.

I rented this apartment because it was supposed to be on a quiet street but it is RIGHT IN FRONT OF A BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION (see photos). This information was not stated on the ad or communicated by the host. THE WORKS START VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING (a little before or around 7 am). As the apartment is very POORLY SOUNDPROOFED, you can hear everything and it is then IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. The TERRACE is also UNUSABLE during the day because of the works (from Monday to Saturday). The NOISE is really INTENSE and the VIEW is UGLY. I told the owner about it, and he didn't offer anything as a solution or compensation. He said he contacted the construction company before I came and they told him that the work was not scheduled to take place in August. He lied because I called the company and they informed me that work was due to resume in mid-August. I stayed there from August 21-29. They also told me that the WORK WAS GOING TO LAST AT LEAST UNTIL JANUARY OR FEBRUARY 2022, but it was possible that it would take longer. This apartment is NOT RENTABLE during this period. There are COCKROACHES in the apartment (see photos). I noticed that some come from the holes that are under the tub. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE BEDROOM. Before taking a hot shower, each time you have to raise the fuses 15 minutes in advance, and then lower them, which is not very practical (see photo). When I wanted to see Netflix, the subscription had not been paid for by the owner. I set the location as very bad because the apartment is located in front of a building under construction. Otherwise, it is close to the beach. The host and his wife were not wearing any mask when they gave me the keys the first day and they had been waiting for me in the apartment.

Located in Volos, almost in the middle of Greece on the east coast in the Pagasetic Golf, the city offers multiple choices for day long journeys to explore multiple sides: history, religious belief, natural beauties, traditional greek small towns, beaches, islands, etc. Best choice to visit Skiatos, Skopelos, and Allonisos islands, Makrinitza and Millies traditional greek villages, Damouchari and Milopotamos beaches - one should definitely need to updated the visit plan to include these, Kalabaka and the Meterore Monasteries and also Athens! :) The apartment is located 3 - 5 min to beach, one can take early morning or late visits without any difficulty.
