The only thing good, maybe the neighbourhood was nice

First of all: you can’t walk to Indian rocks beach!!! Unless you love to walk on the road for one hour under the burning sun. This place is far from the beach and you still need a car to get there. Second: it’s not the entire place that you have access, it’s just a dark room with a small bathroom in the owners house, and the worst part is that to get access you have to walk from the back yard on the dark! Very very dangerous! If that wasn’t enough you have a cold shower from the sprinklers as a bonus whenever you try to get in or out. The pool was very dirty and we never used that. There is not a kitchen in the room, just a tiny fridge and a microwave.

Lovely little place to relax in and not far from the beach if you want to go for a walk. We had a lovely relaxing time Irvin and Debra are very welcoming

It's a very clean and quite large one bedroom one bath. A/C very cold and there's a ceiling fan. It has all the amenities as a small apartment, almost. A very large swimming pool and jacuzzi spa area. Very nice kitchen area, stove top and lots of space for relaxing. Beautiful quite and safe neighborhood. I Highly Recommend for a long term or short term stay. I personally Loved my 10day stay. And the staff where so pleasant to deal with. This location is perfect. Easy to access and to go to all the main spots of your personal interests. Really enjoyed my stay.!! =) =)

We like the fact that our dog could run freely in the yard. We like how close we were to everything and the neighborhood was quite.

Drove straight thru (21 hours), but we were unable to take a shower when we arrived because the shower handle was broke (my husband ending up repairing it for owner the next day at no charge). The night we arrived the a/c didn’t work. We had to buy a fan the next day to try and cool the room down (it was very uncomfortable for sleeping and we had to make sure our dog didn’t overheat when we left her kenneled in the room alone. The air conditioner did not work the entire time we stayed in that room. The owner, constantly insisted we were not operating the a/c correctly, although he is the one that set it up to run before we had even arrived. Every time we complained he suggested we try to do something different to make it work; it never did and he never offered to come look. We let him know that we believed it was out of freon but at the end of our stay he acted as if we had never said a word about the a/c. After we left, we waited two – three days to ask about our deposit and he is claiming that because we left the a/c on that we broke it. The yard was not mowed when we arrived and the grass was at pretty tall. The owner explained that the person who cuts his grass injured himself and he had no one else to do it. Because the grass was taller than our dog, my husband offered to cut the grass but the owner said he could not provide a lawn mower. I think it took a week for the grass to be cut. Besides the tall grass, there were a lot of burrs in the yard that we were constantly picking out of our dog’s paws and fur, so be careful if you have a pet. Mosquitoes coming from the pond were really bad, so bring plenty of bug spray. The bed was very uncomfortable (my hips were bruised from the spring mattress (definitely not a pillow top). Two days after we arrived the toilet seat broke. The owner bought a replacement seat and my husband changed the seat for him at no cost.

The location was awesome, close to everything we were looking for, great neighborhood. Fenced in back yard made it nice for our small dog that we brought with.

property is in a quite area just what I wanted. I spent a peacefull week Irwin the host was very helpful. A car is essential but shops and restuarants are only five minutes away.

A small safe for passport etc would be good
