We enjoyed our stay in this lovely little gem in the Blue City. Delicious breakfast!

The room was very cold and the heater did not work very well.

Everything was really good!!! The stay was lovely, and I loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and the location of the hotel was great and close to everything Very helpfull and kind staff. The food at the hotel was the best in town. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blue Star.

Sehr grosses Zimmer, quasi ein ganzes Apartment mit Küche und Wohnzimmer. Sauberkeit gut. Freundliches Personal und Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse.

Eigentlich war alles gut. Ein Kleiderschrank oder eine Garderobe wäre ganz praktisch, damit man seinen Koffer auch auspacken kann. Auch eine Nachttischlampe wäre toll. Naja so ein paar Kleinigkeiten halt.

建物の青、周りの青い建物等雰囲気はよかった。スタッフ(特に朝食を準備してくれた方）の対応は気持ちよかった。部屋の広さ等は十分だった。

チェックアウトの時にスタッフが不在で、しばらく待った(ほかにも待っている家族がいた）が、戻ってこないため、書置きを残して失礼させてもらった。またシャワーがトイレ等と完全に一体になっており、トイレや床もびちょびちょになるのが嫌で、結局シャワーを浴びれなかった。Wi-Fi弱かった。部屋が少し暗かった。

This property is incredibly beautiful with great views in the middle of where you want to be but still quiet at night. Workers are very friendly and ordered us fast food delivery since we arrived late. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated me well as a vegan. Room was spacious and well decorated and very comfortable.

Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il nostro soggiorno a casa Blue Star e il posto ci è piaciuto così tanto da spingerci a rimanere anche lì per cena, dove abbiamo gustato piatti tipici a prezzi modici; anche la colazione si è rivelata ben oltre le aspettative e il cuoco oltre ad essere bravissimo era anche cortese e parlava italiano. L’hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta, immerso nella medina e a breve distanza da CTM. Atef ci ha accolto con il sorriso e ci ha fatto sentire tutto il calore della gente del posto. Consigliatissimo

After travelling for a while Casa Blue Star was our favourite hotel that we stayed in. The hotel is in a great quiet location and the rooms were spacious, clean and well decorated. The breakfast is amazing and cooked fresh and the views from the roof terrace where you eat the breakfast from are phenomenal. The staff are so hospitable especially Atef who always went above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. Overall we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and we already miss our time not only at the hotel but in chefchaouen

We were very happy with our stay. It was a perfect way to start our trip.

Riad is spacious with a mini refrigerator. Very quiet stay with panaromic view on roof top. But the most memorable was the hospitality of the staff. They all speak English fluently. Thanks funny Omar for getting up early to serve us breakfast because of our early departure, Atef for booking my taxi and massage session. Otman for cooking a delicious tangine meal. In desperation, Omar saved my day by getting a last minute taxi all the way to Tangier because my transfer booking did not show up. Thank you all , for making us feel at home! I’ll return!

Too many stairs. 5 stories to the roof top but the view is good and you got used to climbing but super tired if you want to stay in riad, you have to lug luggages on uneven cobblestone and climbed endless steep stairs, not recommended for people with immobility. But this is normal with all riads.

Difficult to find.

Location of the place is perfect, very close to the main road where you can grab a taxi, so if you're traveling with suitcases, you'll won't be walking for too long, which is not the case with some other places in the city. Rooms are well equipped, we had a tv, fridge and A/C, bar of soap and shampoo packet each, which was just about enough for our one day stay. Rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning with an amazing view of the mountains and the breakfast is superb, wonderful experience. Beds are very comfortable, we slept like babies. Everything is a short walk distance away, staff is wonderful and super friendly, customer service was beyond our expectations. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be returning to it in the future.

I was treated very well at Casa Blue and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The terrace has beautiful views of the mountains and town. I had one of my best Moroccan.meals here and the chef was happy to talk to be about all the spices in his kitchen.

Very nice place for a good price. Our stay was very comfortable and the room was very spacious, clean and also authentic and friendly. The staff was friendly as well and the breakfast was perfect. Would stay here again if I ever get back

Clean room

Rude front office staff. Very non cooperative and arrogant.

A spacious and beautifully decorated apartment reflecting the blue theme of the town. There's a pretty view from the master bedroom as well as from the terrace where breakfast is served every morning. We just stayed one night here but really wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely home. The location is great as all the attractions and photo spots are within a 15-min walk from Casa Blue Star.

Nothing really to 'dislike' but here's some helpful information: a) parking is difficult to find and the property is quite far from the nearest carpark. You gotta drag all your luggage up some steps and through some cobbled streets and then up more steps inside the house. b) the loo was totally clean but a bit stinky, most likely because it's an old town with an old sewage system. c) the wifi is weak and choppy d) communicating with the host was a bit difficult due to language barrier

The location is really amazing! Close to Old Medina, you could walk to every place around.

Overall had a good experience

Clean and spacious room. Delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace. All good for a night in Chefchaouen.

This hotel is something that made my trip to Morocco beautiful and what left a great impression! The room was big and bright, with big beautiful bed, the location is very centred and easy to find, the breakfast is delicious and the stuff is super friendly, especially, the receptionist guy Hamza, who made my stay in Chefchaouen really nice! He was so kind to advise me on the best locations and even showed me around. I recommend it to everyone and I definitely will be back.

Everything was perfect

Room was spacious, well decorated - had two separate beds - had a heater - the bathroom was clean and generally all was good. The place had a nice terrace - breakfast was the standard affair.

The bathroom did not have a cover area for the shower - would be nice to get a curtain in The staff was good but I think sparse - not many people around

What an incredible city and the Casa is so adorable. We had an upgrade and the room was just spectacular, there was even a small refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much. Very recommended place, in the middle of the blue streets and the lovely medina with street carts.
