Everything, stunning property inside and out. Beautiful decor and facilities and outside area filled with plants and flowers and fruit! Absolute spotless and the pool is beautiful and quiet. 10 minute walk to centre and 10 minute walk to Playa Del Duque beach which is the best. Terri was fantastic and looked after us so well and takes the time to chat with you and cares so much about the villas. A big thank you Terri. More of a personal preference but found the beds too hard maybe an option of mattress topper.

Hidden gem tucked away yet close to restaurants & bars. Beautiful villa, comfortable bed & bedding. Separate outside space for each villa. Gorgeous large shared pool. Efficient & friendly staff.

Within the conditions, it states that no one other than the people staying there should be on the premises yet the 2 families sharing the villa opposite ours had friends in the garden & pool on 2 occasions making space in the pool on those days hard to come by.

This traditional Spanish style villa is ideal for a couple and set within a shared quadrant with 3 other properties around a spotlessly clean heated pool with sun beds and cushions. Despite sharing the pool area with other guests, it was very private and each villa had their own personal area by the pool adjacent to their property. The pillows on the enormous double bed in the main bedroom were like sleeping on air. Special mention to the housekeeping team who attended every 3 days to service the villa but were there every day in the outside space ensuring everything was of a high standard. The villa gets the morning sunshine which was glorious and in the afternoon was in shade (which I am sure that come the height of summer is greatly appreciated), and the area designated to this villa by the pool is mostly in shade by mid afternoon (although again, come summertime, the sun will be higher and out for longer anyway). We really liked the mesh shutters on the windows, allowing fresh air with no bugs if you wanted the window open (no bugs at all in January when we visited). It is a 15 minute walk downhill to the beach (no avoiding the uphill on the way back unless you take a cab which are readily available).

We have no negative comments to make.
