We had a garden view suite with plenty of space that suited our needs

Unless we went very early the dining area was very crowded, it was difficult to get a table and there were always queues for freshly prepared food.

The only Bar open in evening was where children entertainment was . There was a lovely quiet courtyard with a closed bar when you and your granddaughter suffer with mental health we didn’t need loud shouting d at o that was disappointing,

Great rooms - which are quiet despite hotel being completely full. Family and adult only pools and a wide range of choice for food

Price was a little higher than I would hope to have paid

The room is very nice and the vue from the room aswell. The roof top is wonderful.

Location was good . Very modern . Food very good . Bali beds were very comfortable .

All if the inclusive drinks were from the pump . So not particularly nice . Cocktails were awful , again from a machine . We did go to the roof top bar which was fantastic and the cocktails were amazing . We were all inclusive but it still cost €8 each . The air conditioning was very poor . Not very cool at all so quite uncomfortable . We did get someone out twice in 5 days but they said the lowest it Would go was 10 but it never got below 21 . The very small water feature / pool area near Bali beds was quite dirty . I did ask them to clean it and take the tissues out . Which they eventually did . However in the 5 days it was never actually cleaned out . I was surprised at this as the rest of the hotel is immaculate . My reviews are always positive as I like to look for the good in things and don’t like to Moan . I have to say in 5 days they had the same songs playing on a loop in the reception and dining area . It was just awful again something so easily rectified but when you’ve listened to chandelier 20 times in one day it’s just a bit crazy . We were on a quick last minute break with just myself and my daughter . I have to say it was good value for money and worth it for the waters you will consume throughout the day . Neither of us really drink but if I did I would be disappointed . It’s great if you are just adults as it’s totally separate from the children which is nice and peaceful if that’s what you are looking for . If you are a family you are in a totally different part if the hotel which separate pool , dining and entertainment . So it’s great for both . Very poor WiFi . Hardly connected for me maybe it was my room . So I had to use my own data which was ok .

Good location, modern hotel.

Cockroaches in room that reception said 'they could do nothing about at this time of year' (June 2023). Secondly very warm hotel, due to the hotel having the A/C set at a standard setting saving costs. Finally, EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Complained directly & via Booking.com, hotel would not respond at all! WOULD NOT RETURN!

the only thing I didn’t like was the pasta.. and the food mostly the same everyday.

the bathroom was great. the food options (we had half board) were lovely and sufficient. the facilities were great too. even the shower room option!

may be have an adult area for those eating in the hotel as many kids and babies.

the staff at reception were not friendly and didn’t give a map or tell you about the facilities on site you had to ask a lot. the tapas restaurant is disgusting ! don’t eat there! the food is what is for all inclusive ! no area to eat outside in hotel anywhere!
