We booked the hotel at the end of October, with 13 people (friend company). There is a big covered terrace which functioned as a "communitiy place". We enjoyed the two jacuzzis, everything is modern and clean, the beds were comfortable. We were really satisfied.

The only thing what we missed was a microwave oven. (Otherwise the kitchen is well-equipped, so we could solve everything with cooking:)

The villa looks exactly as in the offer- its spacious, well furnished and cozy. It has everything you need - air conditioning in every room, well equipped kitchen, great patio with a grill, a lot of towels and sets of bed linen, two jacuzzi, big wardrobes, a washing machine with all the useful detergents, 3 hair dryers... basicly there is really everything or even more :)

The road to the beach is a little problematic, without pavement and with heavy traffic. Also one of the rooms in the villa was a little dissapointing- it is in the attic, with small windows, with very low ceiling (I am 1.73cm and I was almost unable to stand straight there...).

it is located in the very centre of Okrug Gornji far from both beaches on steep hill with narrow streets , heavy traffic and no pavement. Walking therefore could be quite a challenge especially if you are with small children or elderly. you can only see the sea if you lean out from the roof terrace. no selective waste collection anywhere.

The villa is exactly as shown at the pictures, at our arrival it was clean and the staff were really nice, they let us arrive earlier than the ckech-in time and even leave a bit later which was really appreciated. They answered phones and replied fast to our requests. We were a group of 10 friends and got a bit loud at night without any problems with the neighbours, the location is quite close to the beach from which you can take a 5 min ferry ride to Trogir old town. Plenty of parking and two really well equiped kitchens. We'll be back!

Quite a lot of cameras on both terraces so first day we didn't feel really private. But at the same time we understood it's for security reasons as the villa is quite open and when we asked for one of them to be turned off, they did, so no problem at the end :)

There is absolutely everything for a relaxing break) excellent grill, 2 jacuzzis, 3 bathrooms

Villa Hurem is a Perfect place for 10-12 persons. Modern nad very nice interior, fully equipped 2 kitchens, 3 showers, clean, comfotrable. The great things are 2 jacuzzi and very nice patio with grill where you can spend great evenings with friends. Very nice manager. Close to shop nad bakery. Two beaches a couple of minutes from the Villa. I spent there great week.

Everything was really great, no complaints.
