Location was perfect for us. Host is very friendly and flexible

The house and the apartment are in very poor and dangerous condition. Building staircase is broken, floor is destroyed. Inside the apartment the entire floor is heavily damaged and uneven, at some places laminate is fixed with screws, floor tiles are broken. Mold is present on the windows. Unpleasant smell is present, so you need to open windows during the day and vent the space. The pictures on the website were taken before the floor damage. I am sure when the host fixes the floor, the apartment will be good again.

Hot water was always provided. - Having a washing machine and kitchen is an advantage, even if we had a problem. -If the house is well renovated, the furniture and interior are really nice. - During the problem we explained above in detail, while she was bringing the new pan, she also brought crepe jam. Since we did not use the pan, we could not try the jam. However, we are grateful to her for this gesture. - Apart from the problem we are experiencing, the host is a very friendly person. - When you first enter the house, it smells of dampness which is a little uncomfortable. - You don't feel safe at all when you walk around the house.  With every step we take, it seems that the furniture and TV unit in the house would fall.  The floor of the house is so unsafe and unstable. I believe the reason for is that the floor of the house has collapsed in some parts. So, there is this difference in height between the rooms of the house.  As a result, doors aren't even closing.  The house needs to be repaired urgently, from corner to toe. - The shower head above in the shower stall is broken.  Repair is required. - When we opened the fridge, there was a very heavy odor in the fridge.  This is a little uncomfortable 🤢 - The washing machine is fine, but no detergent is added.  When we told the staff, she said we could buy it ourselves.  In my opinion, it is unnecessary to buy a large bottle of cleaning materials to operate the machine only once. this was never a problem in the other houses we stayed and the materials were given accordingly.  This should have been provided. -We rented this house because it has a kitchen.  Kitchen supplies were not clean at all, we had to wash them again. Kitchen supplies were insufficient. Basically, we needed the pan for breakfast in the morning.  But the pan was so bad that nobody would use it, a terrible pan that was unhealthy to use.  Putting it on is frankly disrespectful to the customers who come to this house.  This situation has nothing to do with prices. This is not an acceptable situation.  We reported our complaint about this situation, but she stated that this is not a suite room so she first refused to provide pans. After we talked for a while, we reached an agreement.  She brought us a pan from her house. Unfortunately, it was a pan that we would not use, though not as bad as the other. It was completely covered with scratches.
