Amazing location. Central to everything. 5 minute walk to all areas of interest, City Walls, Cable Car and Banje Beach. Warm friendly host who met us on arrival and kept in contact throughout our stay. Host kindly provided us with a local guide of things to do.Apartment was spotless clean and well furnished. Host provided refreshments and food for light lunch on arrival. Bathroom was kitted with shower products and even little shaving kits! Towels invluding beach towels provided.All the luxury you would expect from a 4star hotel with comfort of being in your own space. Right beside a wonderful pizzeria which was much cheaper to get takeaway pizza to eat with salad in apartment. Definitely recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik.

Great modern apartment with lots of room for our family of 5. Also they provided food in the fridge and drinks apon arrival. Also a great location within minutes of the walled city. Overall highly recommended.

Only issue was that the toilet button broken during our stay but wasn't the fault of the owner and not a major issue.

This is easily the best combination of comfort, modernity, location, and convenience I can imagine for a stay in Dubrovnik. Simply incredible, considering you usually have to compromise and pick a few variables over the others. This booking exceeded our expectations, and the hospitality of our host made us immediately feel at home. Thank you so much!!

A little too hit

We like everything. It exceed our expectations. We are ready to return soon! Perfect name Close and Cosy! :) Location: It is perfect, it is outside old town dubrovnik (thus, no noise) but it is so close to the east gate (5 minutes walk); it is a 1 minute walk from Cable Car, there is a pizza place, a super market and a bakery (all of them within 1 our 5 minutes). Beach is really close (800m). Even though the vicinity to all these places the apartment is at a quiet place. Host: He is amazing, communication was easy, very attentive and caring about every single detail. He helped us with tour trips and transfers (airport and Split) (Thanks so much Miho). He makes us feel like forever friends at home. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless, everything in place. Extra Amenities: Miho provided us with extra amenities (water, wine, beers, croissants, coffee). Everything you need when you arrived from a long trip before going to the super market (this is priceless). Kitchen: has everything you need. Bathrooms (2) : Very clean with two sinks each of them. A/C : Very efficient and worked really well. During summer time this is a most. WIFI: Works perfect!

The appartement is absolutely as described and shown online. It's very close to the old town and yet a very quite place. Miho was a great host! Always quick to respond and help. Great advices for things to do (and not to do!) and for eating out. Free parking only 5-10 walking minutes away is included and very very useful in Dubrovnik! Free shuttle service to get yourself and your luggage from the parking to the property and back is also included because the are quite a bit of stairs to climb to get to your car.

Perfect location, very near to the old town. Modern furniture, everything working perfectly. Absolutely clean and very nice.

First, the flat is large and very beautifully furnished and decorated - like an upscale hotel room. Second, everything is thought off, small details, basically all you need are enough changes of clothes (not even that, as there is a washing machine). Third, quiet location, short beautiful walk down to the East gate into the old town. Bakery, italian restaurant, coffee shop, grocery store, all within 3 mins walk. Fourth, super service minded host!
