We enjoyed our stay, great location near great food and grocery store. Quiet in the evenings because it’s out of the center of town but close enough to have plenty to do. Reminder it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. We felt safe and neighbors were friendly. Would stay again.

Whenever possible, when I come to Rincon, I book this property. Owners are local which is important. And friendly people. Location is perfect. Condo is very nice. I like the balcony.
And the parking is gated and off the street which is nice because the hotel across the way uses the public street as their parking overflow.

Whenever I come to Rincon and this condo is available, I stay here. One of the best values in the area and the owners are locals, not long distance owners and that makes a huge difference!! Super convenient location, nice space, private gated parking and it’s fun to sit on the balcony in the evening and watch the comings and goings at the Cofresi hotel.

A place we have stayed before
We stayed here before and liked what we saw. When the opportunity came for us to find a place to stay in the area, we choose this one again. Rooms had a beach vacation look to them. It’s on the 4 th level so that helped with the view. If you have a problem with steps, this might be a problem for you. But if steps don’t bother you , then the better view is worth it. Definitely will stay a third time if circumstances have us staying in the area.

Perfect location if you want to be near everything
I like being away from the expat community. I have American friends, ageing surfers who have retired in Puntas. But I like to get to practice my Spanish, eat different things, shop for unknown brands and products. If not, I could just vacation in Miami.

WOW it was beyond my expectations. Location location location beach is steps away. U can walk to Liquor store, pizza restaurant and 7 express. The hospitality by host And his parents over and beyond superb. We will definitely come back if available when I come back home and they have me this will be my second home when I return

Clean and comfortable
Iris, Marcos' mom, is helpful, responsive and adorable. The apartment is well stocked, comfortable and super clean. The beach is very short walk away and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to. Unfortunately, the island went on lockdown for the Coronavirus while we were there, so we couldn't go to any place but the grocery store :( If it weren't for that, this would have been a glorious place to be.

Small but Adorable
This was the perfect place for my husband and I for a long weekend. It is a 2 bedroom but it is very small! Better for 2 people. The owners mom was very kind to us as we arrived in the middle of the night and she had to assist us getting in. The building is old but the condo is nice, clean simple and the bed was extremely comfortable A HUGE plus for us!! We would definintely return!!

Had an incredible time staying here. The apartment was well stocked, very clean, and was only a short walk to anything in town. Check in was easy and the owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Would recommend you stay here if you are in the Rincon area.

great stay
First off I would like to start off by commenting on what how I think when we stay someplace we have not stayed at before. We always look at pictures of place we see posted as of "well we will see if this is going to be a mistake".Nearly all we have been to we have been more than satisfied. However we stayed at one place that showed great pictures and quite secure. What we found was totally different. The window slots had some broken letting in insects, bugs were crawling on floor, and hallway leading to it looked like the place should be demolished . We never opened our suitcases and slept sitting in chair that night. Next morning we said we were going to sleep in car if we could not find another place.
This place we stayed at is one that exceeded our expectations! It was as the pictures showed and was very clean with a lot of nice touches inside that made you think of a beach style home you would enjoy staying at and would stay at again ! Thank you for your place which gave us the experience we were looking for.

Excellent location
The condo was perfect for my family of four we spent most our time exploring different beach front location and water sports activity. A market was at the corner of the street was easy walking distance. I would only say that the beach near by is good the quickest route to get their was thru the hotel which is fine. We enjoy everything about rincon thank you Iris for all your help and explaining the area to us.

Small and comfy
This apartment was perfect for my group of 5. We were met by Marco's Mom who was absolutely the nicest person ever! We later met his Dad and felt the same about him. The location was great and right by the beach. The beds were comfy and the kitchen small but adequate. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great place close to the beach.
Marcos literally saved our vacation. The place we originally booked had electrical issues and he was able to let us stay at his place the day after I contacted him. Iris and Tino were great. iris was there to greet us and answered any questions we had. I would recommend to anyone wanting to be close the beach. Thank you again for a great place to stay.

Simple clean and comfortable
This is not a very fancy house but well equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. Toys for kids. Good size bedrooms and clean. The best feature is the land lords. Iris and her husband went out of their way to help us and answer any questions. I can't say enough about them. Kind considerate and helpful. When I sprained my ankle, iris found me some crutches so I did not have to buy them or spend one of our precious days at the ER. Judy who lives downstairs is cool too if your lucky enough to meet her! Great people! Great time!
