Great little apartment in a good location. Fabio was super helpful providing recommendations for restaurants etc… the location walking distance to everything and has plenty of space I would definitely stay here again.

I'm really happy that we chose this apartment instead of a room in a hotel, because for us as for family with a small active kid it was ideal place - the apartment even bigger and better then on the photos, very clean, has everything for long term staying, has beautiful decorations with ceramics and lots of other details, terrace where we had breakfasts, and almost forgot - just on the ground floor there is a delicious local bakery, where we bought warm fresh croissants with pistachio every morning :) Few minutes to the sea, supermarkets and the main street. The communication with the owner was also great and quick, many thanks for the tips and help! We'll definitely choose this apartment again in our next visit San Vito

The contact with the owner was exellant from before arrival until after arrival. The apartment is big, balcony is big and great, you spend all day in there mostly and what si good that the sun does not hit in the balcony, but rather the other side of the building, otherwise it would not be possible to stay out in teh balcony during the heat (we were in end september there). The room is big enogh, quite hot, but cooler than the living room, the air conditionar is helping a lot. The bathroom was also big and was good, shower was good too, with enough towels, soap. The living room / kitchen is well equiped ypu really have everything you need, coffee machine, with even a few coffee bags for us, espresso cooker, stove and oven, huge fridge, big table, sofa, there is sugar and salt, you must buy your vinegar, oil etc. It is true that it looks much better than on the photos. Not far there are 2 supermarkets, one towards the city center, the other one towards the beach, also bakeries, same. The street you see out of the balcony is the one leading you to the beach, a few blocks down. It was so nice to have beach ubrella provided by this apartment. It is quiet, no noise. In the day there is the in fron garage doing some reparations, but in siesta time (2pm-4pm) it is so peaceful. They provided a baby camping bed with bedlinen. Bed was comfortable, pillows too. All clean. the owner available per whatsapp every time we needed.

No negative points, but things to be advised: There are steps, that you need to carry up your luggage, stroller etc. If you want to use the stroller everyday you have to bring it up and down. We left it in teh apartment and walked to the beach. It is quite hot, you have to keep teh airconditioning on for few hours when you are home, once you turn off it gets really hot. We did not want to keep it on in teh night, so sleeping hours were hot. You need to take it serious when they say do not use washing machine and air conditioning or dishwasher same time, the electricity drops out! Make sure to get your trash out, even if it is not yet full, we did not do it and got some ants at home. Note that the apartment is not on the main street of restaurants, but rather in a quiet corner. However the town is very small, it is all about 15 minutes walk. Oh, and for the owner, teh shower door is not working well, teh rolls keep coming out, I think it is a good idea to fix or change them sooner or later. putting some doorfront carpet cloths here and there would be good to block spreading sand in apartment. We had to clean up every day.
