Wonderful location well out of the tourist stampede but close enough for us to walk or vaporetto around with our kids, 5 and 9. Also, fantastic shower and great AC! Both very much appreciated after long, sweaty Venice days.

The bathroom sink and bidet didn't drain well; dishes and towels could have been cleaner

Great location. Guilio was really helpful informing us of best way to getting to the apartment and showing us around. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend trip.

No a/c in bedrooms so very hot at night. Gap at front door so Ants 🐜 got in every night and we had to sweep them out in the morning - but we handled it fine and it didn’t upset our stay.

Excellent location to visit the Biennale. Good for working - nice lights and large kitchen table. Two comfortable double bedrooms. very helpful host.

The place was quite big for two people and had most of what you need. The location was great, it was 5 minutes from the nearest market and the vaporetto where you could take the boat to the airport or to the other known isles (Murano, Burano, Torcello). In roughly the same direction as the market was the Rialto Bridge and some of the busiest streets only 10-15 minutes away. The host was friendly and answered any questions we had and also had a small book with useful information.

Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn't working during our stay and we didn't have the necessary things for the dish-washing machine, so you can't really say they were available facilities. There also wasn't a good sponge or solution to be able to wash the dishes by hand. As for the cleanliness, it didn't meet my expectations, especially for these Covid times.

The host Giulio meet us upon arrival, very friendly,helpful and professional. He provided us with information how to arrive at the apartment from the aeroport. The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 4 with two bedrooms

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped, organised and clean. The apartment has two independent bedroom, which was good for the price as several other accommodation offer only a sofa-bed. Location was perfect, close to the ferry terminal (F.te Nove). You can take the ferry from/to the airport and also to Murano and Burano. Giulio was always available and he wait us in the ferry terminal to guide us home. The house is close to Osteria da Alberto, which I totally recommend to try the best tiramisu in Venice.

It is a perfect house with a very good location near to all important sightseeing. The owner gave us all the necessary information for Venice and we spent our time in a best possible way!
