Property was more than I expected. It had everything in a kitchen that you would need. Bedrooms were super comfortable and worked out perfectly between the parents and the children. Will definitely be staying here again next year thank you for a wonderful weekend.

My family enjoyed staying here so much. It was nice to have a place to sleep in 3 different rooms so we could all spread out. We were walking distance to so many different restaurants and coffee shops. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

The space was very nice and easy to find/get to. Our only complaints were that there was no soap of any kind for the shower and the smart tv in the living room didn’t work.

This is a beautiful place with close walking distance to the beach!! Amazing location. Home was clean but hardly had any amenities so be sure to bring your own towels and toilet paper. I did reach out to host but she didn’t help! Other than that you do hear everything from the above condo so if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you! I would stay again!

Walk to everything in downtown Pismo Beach and while relaxing at this luxurious condo. We were in town for our son’s graduation from Cal Poly. But the ease with which we had access to the beach, restaurants and shops in Pismo was great. Would stay here in a heartbeat again!

My adult 3 kids and I had a wonderful time. Close to everything, clean, comfortable. The only negative is the noise from upstairs, but that is expected in an apartment type situation. We had a fantastic time!!!!!

We have stayed here time and time again. We love this place! Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We parked our car and didn't have to drive it until we left. We have stayed in the upper unit and lower unit. Both have their pros and cons. The upper unit has the views, windows, and breeze. However, the lower unit is easier with kids since no stairs and easier to load/unload. Do note that there is no bathtub for the younger kids, just a shower. Very clean and well decorated. This lower unit this time didn't have all of the same items in the kitchen like last time in the upper unit. However, I communicated that to the property manager and they were responsive to fix that. We love this place and we will definitely be back.

If we knew ahead we would have brought a larger fry pan and a cookie sheet

Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.

This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. Great for short getaway and perhaps invite more friends and rent another unit in same building.

Had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, the noise from the family above made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. Of course the noise quiets down when family is sleeping, however I am not so sure we would stay in that unit again.

This unit is clean and located 3-4 blocks from the beach (not 1 block)
It’s been redecorated nicely and the beds and couch were comfortable. There wasn’t a cookie tray or any foil, wrap, ziplocks, etc.. and I cooked all our meals so I’m thankful I brought some of my own items. They have great knives and good utensils
I wouldn’t say the unit is well stocked - more the basic bare minimums but we had what we needed so it didn’t matter.

The location is great! The space is great! Cost is great especially for the area. This was my second time at this rental and I will return. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and my favorite coffee shop (Scorpion Bay). Very clean and comfortable.

We visited the area to help our daughter move in at Cal Poly. The location was great, allowing us to spend time in Pismo Beach in addition to San Lois Ibispo. The property was well equipped, very clean, and very comfortable for the three of us. We were hauling a trailer so the spacious parking was a bonus. The property was nicely renovated and well maintained. It was exactly what we needed. I could see us making this our regular spot for all future visits.

This has become a tradition with our grandkids! (2nd time at your condo) The location is perfect for morning beach walks to Old West Cinnamon Rolls and FUN on the Beach.
The layout of the condo is perfect...Family area, dining and kitchen plus king bed/bath and 2nd room with bunk set and hallway bathroom.

A few suggestions...
1) Pot holders/Hot pads in the kitchen
2) Wall Decor with hooks for hallway bathroom for towels.
3) Trouble with connection with TV to watch movies...nice to have access for evening!

We were very pleased with the rental. The kids loved the bunk beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the towels were soft. The beds were VERY comfortable. We all slept so well!

We were overall happy with our stay here.
The good:
- Nicely updated.
- Great location!
- Comfortable beds.
- Perfect size for 3-4 people.
- Off street parking was nice.
- Very clean.
The not so good:
- We could hear everything that went on upstairs. The family staying there has a couple of young boys, and they did what young boys do, running, playing etc. It was very loud. We also were able to hear the couple working on their next baby.
- Supplies were the bare minimum.
- No instructions on TV operation, garbage removal, etc.
- 1.5 baths, with the master bath not having the shower.
All things said it was a good property and a good stay. Thanks!

We had a great time in Pismo Beach. The condo was beautiful. Very nicely updated and fit our family of five perfectly. Gave 4 stars only because it would have been nice to have screens on windows to get air. Also really would have loved a hair dryer and full sized mirror. But overall would def stay again. Perfect location!

This property is spacious and can sleep a large family. It’s nicely decorated and was an easy walk to the beach. Be sure to pack your hair dryer because there wasn’t one, but I was pleasantly surprised they had a couple beach chairs and beach towels.

House was clean and conveniently located. It is newly remodeled and beautiful . Only complaint is you can hear your upstairs neighbors very well, I could hear them sneeze. Bring some white noise to play at night and it helps. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
