Maison magnifiquement rénovée terminée en 2017! Cuisine design, cheminée et grand espace pour vous et tous vos invités. Explorez Black Mountain, Asheville et les montagnes environnantes dans le confort de cette retraite de montagne moderne et luxueuse.
La maison comprend 3 chambres:
- un maître avec lit king et salle de bain attenante (belle baignoire et douche)
- une chambre queen avec salle de bain
- une chambre queen avec salle de bain
De plus, le salon spacieux comprend un canapé avec un matelas Tempurpedic en mousse à mémoire de forme extrêmement confortable et une salle d'eau à proximité.
Nous aimons cuisiner de délicieux repas dans la cuisine design, regarder des films près de la cheminée et jouer à des jeux de société autour de l'énorme table de la salle à manger. À l'extérieur, profitez de l'arrière-cour spacieuse et clôturée avec suffisamment d'espace pour lancer le ballon de football ou lancer un frisbee ou brûler un feu dans le foyer tard dans la nuit.
Nous acceptons les animaux domestiques, mais facturons des frais de nettoyage de 75 $ et demandez aux propriétaires de prendre soin de leurs chiens de manière responsable (c.-à-d.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving stay. The house was as advertised and our pups loved the fenced in backyard. Can’t wait to go back!

The property was exactly as advertised! Conveniently located to downtown and lake Tomahawk. Huge backyard with plenty of space for the pup to run around and humans to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub and the beautiful view of the mountains. Great spot to enjoy morning coffee, read a book and make s'more's galore in the evening. Hope to visit again soon.

Loved the location that was close to all things we wanted to do in Black Mountain. 3 bedrooms were very nice with a nice backyard. Host responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again if available on next visit to the area.

This house is well appointed and very comfortable! Love the gas fireplace, master suite tub, and fenced backyard. A very premium pet friendly property! Perfect location just minutes from downtown Black Mountain and the surrounding Asheville area. Loved our New Years retreat here and would definitely book again!

We had the best time at this rental in Black Mountain. The house had everything you could need and was in a great location close to downtown, shops, restaurants, hiking and trails. We especially loved the fenced backyard for our dogs! Will definitely be back!

There really is no room for improvement on this property! The owner is very quick to respond to questions, the property is exactly what is represented in the photos and very clean. We loved being so close to Black Mountain "town" and the short trip to Asheville is nothing! I would rebook to spend more time in Black Mtn town!

Our family spent thanksgiving here and it was lovely. The house was super clean. Beds are comfortable and the showers had great pressure! Can’t ask for more! The house was big enough for all of us and very well appointed. We walked to the cute little town of black mountain from the house. Backyard was great. Meredith was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Our family spent thanksgiving here and it was lovely. The house was super clean. Beds are comfortable and the showers had great pressure! Can’t ask for more! The house was big enough for all of us and very well appointed. We walked to the cute little town of black mountain from the house. Backyard was great. Beautiful home in Black Mountain
From the wonderful, newly renovated home to the perfect location and clear communication from the owner, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our time and experience at this house! The layout was perfect for our crew, which included four adults, a 4-year-Old, 1.5-year-Old, and 11-month-twins! The decor was simple and sophisticated. The back yard and patio were perfect for morning coffee outside and evening bonfires. The charming town of Black Mountain is only a 10-20 minute walk away. You cannot go wrong with this property!

Very nice and convenient to Black Mountain!
The house appears to be brand new and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Black Mountain. We loved the kitchen/family room so much that we opted to pickup food one night from Little Sprout Carryout and watch a movie on the big TV.

Great home - so comfy and so convenient
We loved our stay here. There were 8 of us, but we had so much room we never felt crowded. The house has everything you'd want and in such wonderful style. The remote controlled gas fireplace was the biggest hit. We had a blast walking into town -- even though it was cold for those of us from Florida. Black Mountain is very cute - loved the Veranda Cafe and Ingles is the such a grand grocery. The location was also close enough to Asheville that we could get there in no time, but yet we didn't have to deal with the day-to-day traffic. Don't hesitate to try this one if you're in the area!

The house is just a short walk from downtown, and the house is excellent. Looks just as described on HomeAway. It is just the perfect house where you dine in, hang out. There are a lot of hikiing trails nearby. To Sum up: great!

It was Wonderfull House is fully equipped the only thing is the side gate does not lock so it can easly be pushed open. This could be a concern for your Fur babies I would suggest adding a latch to secure gate closure

There are 2 things I want in a rental home. Clean house and comfortable beds. It has both.
I have rented several times. And even if the pictures look good, the reality is not always so. I was VERY pleasantly surprised how clean the house was. And the beds were comfortable with down pillows and comforters. The decor was definitively updated and the place looked like it was recently renovated.
I would definitely recommend this house.
Also it is perfect for dogs. Big yard with high fence.

Comfortable and well designed retreat
We absolutely loved our stay in this Black Mountain retreat. We were 5 adults and 1 child in town for a wedding. The house is a 15 or 20 minute walk to a great coffee shop and little town. Everything in the house is brand new and very modern. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. Communication with Meredith and Mike was simple and we didn’t have any issues come up during our stay. We will definitely come back in the future!
