Room were spacious... That's all I can say.

I had booked 4 room's, hot water was not available in some of the rooms. Gezer installed were not functional. Taps for hot and cold water were in pathetic conditions and it need maintenance...they kept only one towel whereas we were staying triple occupancy...we had to tell them to provide more towels for each member... Some of room didn't had the kittle.. AC remote was missing...We had to ask for some of basics things which I believe could have been provided in advance. They didn't served options in breakfast and had only one menu which was disappointing. Also quality of breakfast was not good and they didn't served on time as well. I mean, we got tea first and than a meal after half hr. So it makes no sense.. We had to checkout early, we had already informed them a day before. Even though There was no water in bathroom in the morning and the guy in reception was asleep... One of my family member had to go down at reception to inform about the water problem since guy was not responding to call.. Over all i can say that after paying 2000 approx rupees per room per day we didn't got the basic services... Really disappointed.

Dependra was helpful. Although staff needs to be improved, should listen to customer needs.

Rooms need maintenance, especially bathrooms.

NOTHING WAS GOOD. PURE WASTE OF MONEY

The service here was very bad. Havent seen such callous staff even at low end hotels. The staff knew only how to take the customers for a ride. Interestingly the manager only justified their lack of service.

Wi-Fi access on the ground floor was terrible. Had to sit in the first floor sitting area where the router was located to get reception.
