まず、スタッフの方が丁寧で、ちょっとしたトラブルにも快くご対応いただきました。 施設は、お部屋の絨毯以外は大変清潔感があり、大浴場も綺麗ですしアメニティやタオルが充実していて快適でした。 洗濯や乾燥が無料なのも凄くよいです。 またゲストがゴルフ客が多く、お子様が少ないせいか、この時期でも大人な休日を過ごせる穏やかなホテルでした。 眺望もすごく良かったです。

お部屋の絨毯はまあまあシミがあって、最初はありゃ〜と思ってしまいました。 あと、朝食バイキングを楽しみに行きましたが、座席で朝食が配膳されるスタイルで決まったメニューでした。 ただ、お食事の量や味は十分満足できます。

Hotel needs to be repaired, stains on the carpet and old wallpapers.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the views were amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful. Our golf experience was so much fun and the grounds are beautiful. The public bath was very relaxing.

Our room carpet was stained and felt a bit dirty. The restaurant was not open for dinner. It would be great if the public bath was open in the morning too.

the hotel is quite old nothing (bad with that) there is important thing to note before booking here if you came to Okinawa to swim and enjoy the beautiful beaches and stroll around the shores/shopping area that’s not the location! (if you do book here know that there is a bus number 50 that will take you to the main area, around hour ride and every half hour)+the bus stop is 15 min walk away from the resort (at night it’s really dark)

The staff were incredibly friendly and they went beyond what they had to do with regards to getting us involved in the current travel campaign the island is offering to travellers. The breakfast was great, alternating between western and Japanese each day with some nice variety. The room was a great size (especially for Japanese standards), the bathroom very spacious with excellent high pressure shower. Additional the public baths on the 1st floor also had an attached sauna which was really nice after spending the day travelling.

Everything was really good. Its location is at the southern tip of the nanjo district, so we ended up travelling a lot by car to see more lively places, but that isn't any fault of the hotel's - after all, we picked it!

The breakfast was incredible, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was great and the hot bath facility was really great. Inter-room insulation was also perfect.

This hotel felt like it was straight out of the 1980s. That's fine, but absolutely nothing had been replaced since then; not batteries in clocks or carpets or bathing equipment or the outdoor bar area. Everything was a bit grubby, although technically clean. The beach was disgusting; plastic and broken glass everywhere. The breakfast was very early for those who don't golf. They said they had a restaurant but it wasn't open and there are absolutely no food options in the area so we ate from the combini the whole time we were there. The area also doesn't have much to see without a car and transport is poor.

Marble bathroom was refreshing after being out on a hot day. Breakfast on Day 1 was enjoyable in the restaurant with a perfect sunrise view. Day 2 we took our breakfast to the room. We enjoyed the food at breakfast, and presentation was lovely. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast on Day 2

Corridor area showed its age. Onsen area was small and has not been updated for awhile. We were presented just one option for the breakfast set each day, with a choice of having bread or rice on Day 1, so it may not be ideal for those with dietary restrictions. I did not ask for any special accommodations, though, and there was a nice variety each day.

The breakfast was very good and they changed the menu as our preference. The location is good. There is a beach near the hotel that you can spend some time at morning time when tode is high. After 13pm tide becomes lower.

Hotel location is not recommended for those travelers without a car. The walkway to the hotel is elevated and the walk road is rough for those who carrying suitcase. Its far away from the city. Hotel only serve breakfast and no restaurant nearby. No shuttlebus. Few taxis are passing by. Not close to the beach either

The hotel is located 10 minutes from Giiza Banta cliff (our favorite snorkel spot) so it was very convenient! The room was very big and had a great view. The bathroom was also huge and very luxorious. The breakfast had a set menu and it was SO good. It was a lot of food. It was intercontinental & japanese food....oh and had a great view! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds were uncomfortable. The balcony did not have chairs. The pool was very simple. No chairs or shade. The bathhouse was confusing so we did not use it.

The location is perfect for a peaceful stay. Wonderful ocean view, surrounded by the green golf course.
