Purpose built villa with toilets in each room. Towels and big water gallon provided with instant hot n cold dispenser. The usual cutlery complete set. Caretaker nice family jus living opposite and u can get simple necessities from them as they run a small provision shop too. Also comes with decent simple breakfast everyday. Nice place for a big family and indeed comfortable. Will be back next time.

The house was fantastic, well maintained and eclectic with lots of room and facilities not to mention great Wi-Fi. Rusdi across the street drove us around for a day in a comfortable car to see temples, go shopping and even out for dinner. He also drove us to Merapi and it was very cheap. We also asked if the included breakfast could be Indonesian, they happily complied and the food was delicious. Highly recommended for Jogja 🙂

It was a little noisy some nights as it is right on a small street and there really isn't much around in walking distance.

The facilities provided are excellent, they have everything including praying attire for muslims. The house is cozy, i love the water fountain and the fishes. They even prepared us quite decent and good breakfast. The location is okay but not very far from the centre so wuite good. Bathrooms in each room. Our stay was really good and comfy we love it!! Will sure to come here again
