Perfect view of the Mayon

There is a clear view of the Mayon and majority of the facilities were clean. The room smelled good.

The shower does not work, however a pail is provided for you. The location is difficult to find.

Property has a beautiful view of the volcano from the room and the restaurant being in house made it very convenient to order food

Food took a long time to be delivered in room and it arrived it was cold. One of the nights we ordered room service, we had a bad case of stomach and diarrhea the following day. Room we were given initially had very small amount of water trickling down from shower head. Manager took a look and was trying to convince us that that should work for us or if not, we can use a bucket and tabo to shower with using the water from the faucet. We were then eventually “upgraded” to another unit, bigger and more beautiful but when it rained the water also poured inside. There were 2 bedrooms in that unit, and both rooms were leaking water when it rained. When I asked, they said the leaks only started happening 3 days before we arrived but there were already old water damage marks on the wall and under the sink smelled like mold. When I asked for the water to be mopped, I had to walk up to reception 3 different times before somebody arrived. Not that they were busy- there were 4 people working there sitting and using their phones. Most important thing I should mention is that one day we came home and realized that they entered our room without our permission, even left our sliding door by the bedroom open which could have given access for someone to come into our room.

Wasn't so clean. The lobby was not proprely ventilated and smelled of cockroaches.

Host, Staff, Facilities (Dirty overall, Bed Pillows and Towels are still wet from laundry). Late check in because of miscommunication between Host and Staff etc. Booked the hotel 2 months before, when we arrive they are not ready. Waited for more than half an hour to finally check in. Was frustrated cos of uncleanliness of the room and wet bed pillow and towels. ALSO WE EXPERIENCED ON AND OFF ELECTRICITY (they don’t have generators to back up) we almost cancelled the booking and moved to another hotel bcos of this awful experience.

misinformation: They misguided us by displaying 3 occupancy rooms on booking.com while the actual room had 1 queen bed for 2 people. Breakfast: simply horrible, it was prepared 3 hours before and served cold. The owner promised us the customization but instead removed the items instead of replacing. Room's: rooms were dingy and infested with cockroaches, spiders and lizards. The floor was broken and no extra bedding was provided.
