claimed to offer 24-hour room service but actually only allows check-ins from 2 p.m. until the next day. So if you want to check out later than 2 p.m., you need to request it 3 days in advance. There are a lot of descriptions to read, but you put the information about the check-in policy almost at the end! Even though you sent a confirmation email, you didn’t even remind your customer of that! I would say that the only reason I chose your hotel over others was the 24-hour room, but I was disappointed. Not only that, the staff told me that at the counter bar in the room I could eat 2 free items, but when I was checking out, I ate 1 drink and 1 bag of chips, and then they said it was only free for drinks and snacks are not included, so I need to pay for the snack. Here you are, another miscommunication. I sure won't go back there again. It’s not worth it! 4,000 is too much for your hotel; you even have a limited parking lot. The only USP of your hotel is the 24-hour room, but you still can’t serve it well.

The bed is super uncomfortable.

The buffet breakfast was amazing! The staff were very friendly and always clearing empty plates promptly. Reception were lovely and helpful. There was a happy hour on the roof top bar with a view of the ocean. The room was very clean and exceeded our expectations, cleaning services every day. All staff were very welcoming. Would stay again in the future and recommend it to others

The only thing that could be better was the gym/fitness centre could use a cable machine instead of so many cardio equipment. The location is a bit too south and out of the way from your pick up points for tours but that didn’t bother us as we caught the utes with the seats in the back to the top of the street for 10 baht per person.

Staff didn’t really understand English so it was hard to communicate with them. They only gave us limited water (4*500ml bottles per day) Breakfast spread was very small

No Private beach

Great views, polite staff and elaborate breakfast spread. U Jomtien is located at just the right spot for people who want the best of both worlds. If you like partying with loud music on the beach, take a quick tuk-tuk and follow the beach down the road for a quick bite or a good time at the Thai massage parlours. once you’re done partying, you can find your way back to the peace and quiet at the hotel.

Everything! Food was amazing, service was excellent, location perfect, hotel facilities were five star. Best vacation ever.

Everything was perfect. Such a great breakfast! Very good choice, even for European taste! Definitely recommend. Roof top pool is also amazing!
