Well designed apartment and a great location - the staff were really helpful - i.e. a quick response when there was a problem, and v.helpful sorting out transfers for us.

see above - there was a minor issue retrieving the keys - quickly sorted. The location is very central and was therefore a bit noisy given I had to be up early to work - would have been great if we were only there for a holiday.

Modern ingericht, lekkere bedden, prettige sfeer, in authentiek deel van de stad, net boven het centrum, naast mooie toren in leuk straatje. Goede isolatie tegen straatgeluid.

Wel flink de berg op klimmen vanuit het centrum na een dag in Porto. In de nacht wel geluiden van touristen.

The location. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The property managers were excellent and always on hand to help.

The shower design isn’t great. Every time you shower the bathroom floor gets very wet. More towels would have been nice!

They accommodated us with place nearby to store bags before check in. The ladies at that location were quite helpful. Location was perfect, directly across from Clerigos church which is an easy walk to train station and all the sights. .AC worked great which was especially appreciated during horrible heat wave.

There was construction directly across where workers are only feet from the windows. We had to keep shutters closed. Late check in time. Nobody was at the place at 4pm where we stored our bags before check in. We had no key to get into building and had to wait in the heat for guests in that building with keys to arrive. Drain in shower had issues and was very slow. Bathroom flooded in seconds.

The property is really nice but we were traveling with a 1 y.o. Baby and the property has only the lift for one floor so we always had to carry the stroller to the apartment

Amazing location, right in the heart of where we wanted to be with everything within walking distance. The apartment was bright, spacious and well-equipped. Check-in instructions were clear & staff were on hand throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this enough!

The location was superb!! It was right next to the big bell tower and the Livrario Lello and other picturesque spots. It is also 1 min away from a Starbucks and located next to Slice of Porto pizza which is the best pizza I had in Porto! The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and very clean! There were no sockets near the bed or sleeping area so that was inconvenient. There was no ventilation on my floor so during daytime it was stuffy, but the hosts quickly provided me with a fan. Would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable apartment in the very city center, furnished with taste. Clean and well-equipped, if you plan to cook you'll find there all kitchen utensils needed, even a hand blender. I enjoyed a full-size hair dryer, which seems rather uncommon. Cleaning service available during your stay.

Location is superb, the place was clean and so fun to stay in. The communication with staff was on point.

A second mirror outside of bathroom would be nice, but it’s a very small detail that didn’t effect my overall rating.

Everything, the apartment was in a great location, clean, cosy and warm. The apartment was well equipped and I also felt safe.

Although the apartment was well equipped I felt that it should have been topped up with tea/coffee and clean towels on a daily basis with no extra charge.

The room was quiet, well located, had a good kitchen. It was a very comfortable stay!

The elevator doesn’t stop on every floor so we had to take stairs anyways. This was not an issue for us, but it can be a valuable piece of information to some.
