The unit was just as pictured. Adorable, updated apartment outfitted with everything you need. We had a delightful 5-day stay. Ana is so nice to deal with!

We wanted a safe, clean, local place to stay while in Key Biscayne. We wanted to eat in local restaurants, walk where we needed to go and walk the beach. This place was perfect for us. Our property manager/owner Anna was available to us for any question (we had problems making the tv work for us) and came over quickly. I would return here gladly.

Five stars all the way. We really liked the location too, easy walk to shopping centers, a variety of places for coffee or food, easy to get in and out by car, and still very quiet. Everything we could have needed was provided. The unit was perfect for us and could accommodate parents with 2 or 3 small children, too. Our host is wonderful as well, thank you so much, Ana!

My family and I had a great stay! Conveniently located on Key Biscayne near the beach. It was a great relaxing few days we stood there. The neighborhood is lovely. Ana was lovely to communicate with.

I rented the property for three days yto visit my grandchildren who live in the island. It had all the amenities I needed. I stayed in Apt 17. I would suggest fixing the large bed. It squeaks when I moved🙈.

Great location and space for staying on Key Biscayne. Central to food, beach, shopping, walking, state park. Comfortable and clean, had what we needed., including beach towels and chairs .Ana very responsive to questions and gracious and lovely host. Definitely will be back if we come with the family

Key Biscayne is a beautiful place to visit. All the advantages of the beach in South Florida with out all the craziness you might encounter at Miami Beach. It's a very family friendly place, there were lots of small kids running around the beach. With that said, it's not an inexpensive place to stay. That is what makes Ana's place such a great deal. The location of her unit is right across the street from the Winn-Dixie and and roughly half way between the two state parks that bookend the island. The only time we took our car anywhere was to go into Miami. The island is very walkable and this location is in the heart of it all. With that said, the beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the condo, so if you're lugging chairs and an umbrella or anything else, you might want something to pull or push instead of carrying it that distance. The unit was nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boggy boards, a fishing rod, beach toys as well as most anything you might need to cook in the kitchen. The only downside to the unit (and we knew this going into rental, it wasn't a surprise) is that it only has one bathroom that is accessible through the master bedroom. Again, we knew this going in to the rental, and with our family of two boys, it wasn't a big deal-but it might be for some families. We really enjoyed our time on Key Biscayne as well as in Ana's place. I'd have no problem recommending this to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay on the island. If we return again in the next few years, I'd be more than willing to stay in this same unit.

If you were going to stay on this little key this is a prime location. Walking distance to the beach, grocery, and many restaurants. Then just minutes drive to other parks and beaches. Was wonderful to find a pet friendly rental. The bed was very comfy and had all we needed for a short stay. Property owner is responsive to questions too.

Apartment is conveniently located with proximity to the beach and right across stores and restaurants. Had an extremely relaxing week in key biscayne in a very cozy apartment. Definitely want to stay here again

Very helpful and friendly renter, who worked with us before, during, and after our stay. Great place to stay, in an awesome town. Close to everything, easy access to beach, parks were closed but we had enough to keep us busy anyways. Pool was nice, apartment had everything we needed. Location was close to the city, businesses, and entertainment. Would definitely come back!

This condo is very comfortable and well stocked. The location is good, walking distance to stores and restaurants. We were there on business on Virginia Key, so it was very handy. We cooked or brought in food for almost every meal. The beaches are a very short drive and you might even be able to walk, we didn't have time to explore. Ana is a great host and communicates very quickly by email, which is terrific. It's an older building but this unit was just updated so everything is new and in good condition. Thank you Ana!

The apartment unit was in a decent location and was updated really nicely. I wasn't a fan that it was a first floor unit, but I knew that going in to the rental so just be prepared. The size of the place is good, it could comfortably fit 4 people (2 adults 2 children) and the updated kitchen with washer and dryer was really nice. It was a quick walk to the beach and WinnDixie. I will say that the biggest issues was the bug problem. The kitchen was crawling with ants and the bathroom had lots of tiny moths just hanging out everywhere. On top of that, while Ana was a good host, I had to reach out to her for check in, beach, and check-out instructions as opposed to her reaching out to me.
