The rooms are small, but had all the necessary things needed. The staff is courteous, but not professional, the service from the restaurant is very good. There is no restaurant, only room service. Lifts were working, good wifi, and the hotel is located in the middle of the market area, which is close to everything. It is a busy area, but lots of travel agents, money exchange facilities, and food outlets. Good for low socio economic housing.

Considering the price, it seems a good hotel, and there is not much one can complain about. The bathrooms were a bit tardy, and there is no exhaust, only a window, so draw your own conclusions.

Room and WiFi

Does not have payment option via credit cards. Not all Front desk staff technically equipped to generate computerized invoice. Food bills are not part of the total bill but separately charged without tax

This was a great little hotel right down town in the middle of all the action. The best part about it was the owner and his staff. During my stay there was a celebration of life for the late father of the current owner who started the hotel. I was invited to the celebration like I was family and sat with the owner in remembrance of his father. After that, I spent a part of the night talking with the family just talking about local life. It was an amazing experience. And that's how I was treated by all the staff. And the hotel is right down town and close to shopping, food, and everything you need. And the staff went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed. But, that's all a given. If your in town this is definitely a place you can trust, feel safe, be taken care of and enjoy your time in Guwahati.
