Apartment was lovely, clean, modern and had everything you'd need. We stayed with our 2 young children and it suited us perfectly. Very good communication with Kathe and she helped us out with some requests for our stay. Would happily stay again and would recommend.

Very nice little apartment, very clean, very modern. Just as pictures show. Great location in complex. Very clean, easy check in and check out. Great garden, next to beach and everything really beautiful Kathy is the best host really, so helpful!

The beds didn't suit us. My two boys slept fine but us adults (me and hubby) struggled a bit. I honestly only write this for people that have back issues, then it is something to consider. I guess that comes to personal preference though.

beds were uncomfortable and couldn’t be separated. could have provided instructions to things like the coffee machine, where and how to get rid of waste/rubbish

The pool, the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Excellent service.

We usually book two bedrooms, I though this was a 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning. It was a one bedroom apartment, the 3 children were on a double and single pull out the living room/kitchen, not ideal. There was no air conditioning just ceiling fans and 1 portable ground fan.

the property was in a fantastic location. Parque Santiago was an amazing complex. Kathe was great with communicating with us before our stay and checking in and any thing else we needed. Loved our stay here and will definitely stay again if this apartment is available.

This apartment is located in PS3, just next to kids pool, so could be a little noisy between 11 a.m.-18 p.m. The apt has o lot of facilities, is freshly renovated, good bed and confy extended sofa. You need to climb a few steps till the apt. The terrace has o lot of visitors: pigeons, lizards :)). The apt. has a nice view to the complex garden. Kate is very communicative and she found solutions to all our requests. I recomand this location for families with kids.

The apt is newly, in white colors and it has a lot of nice details, but the sofa cover is old and the bed sheets could be a better quality or in concordance with the apt. colors..

Very clean and central located apartment (you do have to like the touristy area though), with a great pool for kids and for grown ups! I also liked the beds. Kathe is a wonderful host. We will return to this place with our kids, who also really enjoyed this place!

Great location - accessible to all of the main attractions and seafront. Our host was in contact at all times and made herself available if we had any problems or questions. The apartment was very airy and modern inside with all of the relevant mod cons and electrical devices. Well positioned on the complex to get to the pool and restaurant area as well as the shopping center.

The apartment was modern, clean and in an ideal location!

Pillows were slightly too hard for my liking but that’s just personal preference and doesn’t take away from the great experience we had here!

It was great for us as a family

We haven’t received property what was booked on Booking.com. It was replaced with Park Santiago III hotel appartment. Host haven’t informed us about apartment reconstruction when we where ordering appartment - appartment was not available already when it was confirmed. About changes we have received information at night before out flight. Host was pushing to take replaced hotel appartment or cancel booking. So be ready for that if you planning to book exactly this appartment. Hotel apartment differ from presented on booking.com. So we cant evaluate appartment what we have booked! Replaced first Park Santiago III hotel apartment by our request was replaced to another by hotel manager. Manager was super good or even excellent :) solving this issue and make our life more ease when we came here! Best regards and thanks to Oscar!!! Teritory of hotel is very very nice, clean. Hotel staff takes care with love everywhere. Heated pool and regular pool. Exclellen location. Room was cleaned everyday - this was not included to our original booking, it was given as apartment was replaced! I would give 10 points to Park Santiago III. Not to my booked appartment as we where not able to get it :( In general we have been totaly satisfied with stay in Park Santiago III (except first comming day surprise) and would stay next time when come to Tenerife.

I didn’t like the fact that presented on Booking.com apprtment in reality is not available but still kept for booking. You have risk not to get proposed apartment. All other things very good.

Everything was absolutely amazing we could definitely look to stay there again. Really clean and everything what you needed and more, very friendly host 10 out 10 from us 👌👍😁

Because our flight was scheduled in the evening, so we were allowed to stay a couple of hours longer in the appartement.
