Luxueuse maison meublée, située sur la rive de Loutraki, célèbre station grecque, à 200 mètres du Casino. Une maison de deux étages, avec jardin, jardin sur le toit et trois grandes vérandas avec une belle vue sur la mer, le coucher du soleil et les montagnes à travers la mer.
Il se compose d'un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée adjacente à une salle de petit-déjeuner, un espace et un barbecue convivial, quatre chambres à coucher, dont les matelas sont anatomiques et quatre salles de bains. Il dispose de trois cheminées, ascenseur intérieur, système d'alarme, chauffage central autonome et climatisation, serrure centrale de stores, chauffe-eau solaire, six téléviseurs (quatre d'entre eux sont des téléviseurs intelligents), lave-linge, lecteurs DVD - CD et privés place de parking.
Pratique pour un transport facile à pied ou à vélo. En face de la maison, il y a une rue piétonne qui part du Casino de Loutraki et continue jusqu'au centre de la ville de Loutraki (500 mètres), parmi de nombreux cafés et restaurants et le célèbre spa.

This is a dream home it had all you may need and so much more. We enjoyed our stay in this fantastic home lots of space for big family. Nick and Deni are super helpful and nice even helped with recommending what to see and best options. Great stay in every aspect, Thank you!

We were six adults staying here for five nights. We all agree it’s the best European (or US) property we’ve ever rented. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. The property matched the description, but exceeded our expectations. We did some day trips, but mostly stuck around to swim from the beach, relax and enjoy good meals. Very secure and the sunsets were amazing. Lots of places to sit which was nice. Thank-you, Sue

Could not be more pleased with our stay in Loutraki. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and this one has to be my favorite. Gorgeous outdoor seating areas and absolutely fabulous windows showcase the best sunsets in Greece. This is a gem.

The villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The host, Denny was exceptional. Incredibly helpful in ensuring we had a great stay. I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to come and stay here!

Luxuary villa just at the beach.
The house is situated just at the beach. Only to cross the road. When you leave the house you are direct on the walkway to Loutrakicenter, just a few minutes away full of restaurants and bars. The villa was very well equipped, with 4 toaletts. 2 of them were bathrooms. We had a great time and can really recommend It.

The house has a lot of windows and they overlook the bay. You can enjoy scenic views from the rooms or decks. There is an elevator to lift your luggage to the second floor. The house has a lot of decks, balconies and porches surrounding the house from different sides so you can enjoy spending time outside in the shade any time of day. The house is just few steps away from the beach. There is a small garden were there are fig trees and different kinds of grapes that you can enjoy. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even more.that we needed.
The area is very safe. There are a lot of places to eat around. We enjoyed walking along the beach every day in the morning. The owners are very helpful and always just a call away. Thank you for your hospitality and unforgettable time.
