Quiet neighborhood, off the bustling touristic areas (but still within a reasonable driving distance). Room was specious and spotless clean. Swimming pool was really clean and refreshing Breakfast was simple but nice. The owners are very nice and warm. They use a translating software to communicate with guests with their home language. They were very happy to help and provide advices. When we mentioned that we were going to the opera in Verona they immediately told us to take a couple of chair cushions from the breakfast area - which was an excellent advice. Thank you!

Our room faced another building in the neighborhood. Curtains in the bathroom were very light and transparent and the shutters didn't close, It was not comfortable...

It is beautifully presented, clean and the hosts are very helpful. A pleasant and traditional experience.

The hospitality was really special. Luigi went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. He has helped me arrange a nice surprise birthday party for my mom.

Rossella and Luigit are wonderful hosts! As soon as we arrived, Rossella greeted us, smiling and cheerful! The house is in a beautiful quiet place. It is full of wonderful legacies, photos, memories. Everything is decorated with taste and love. Their house tells a wonderful story. Roselle's father was the creator of the amusement park Gardaland so we felt honored to stay in the house of such a great man. The rooms are magical with details. Everything is impeccably clean and tidy. We had breakfast served in the garden, the table decorated with flowers...Excellent breakfast, a large selection of everything, The coffee is too good...Luigi greeted each of us by name. That pleasantly surprised me... It is a privilege to be their guests!

Excellent breakfast and lovely owner Rossella. Location is perfect for to visit Lago de Garda or Verona. Nice garden with pool and very confutable room with big bed. Thank you. We will come back. 💋👍💐

The rural location, the beautiful accommodation, fantastic breakfast on a terrace,fabulous pool, great host(Luigi greeted us and spoke good English with aid of translation ap on his phone) and hostess.We had our bicycles and a car, fantastic bike tracks along the river into towns(Borghetto) close by. Wonderful to be out of big cities.

Very clean and a lovely setting. Great swimming pool and brilliant breakfast. There was also somewhere to park my motorbike under cover. Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

nice, quiet location near some very good attractions

our wc had a flushing issue that got worse during the weekend. nothing major but still, had to adapt. the owners made us aware and showed us how to prevent issues.

Cozy and well appointed - the host was very friendly and helped us with restaurant bookings and all we needed - pool is a great feature and you can relax there after a day out walking etc.

Host went above and beyond to help us, especially when I got injured (off site). Absolutely recommend ❤

Only con was that some of the food wasn't covered so flies landed on a few items

The Villa was gorgeous, very well decorated with a lovely outdoor terrace and pool area, very relaxing. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was varied and good. Beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful, large and clean swimmingpool. Super flexible check-in and welcoming late at night. Good and silent air conditioning. Nice bathroom. Basic kitchen even in room with microwave eetc ...

Very strange energy from the owners couple. They speak poor English and always do online translation. Get stressed and easily argue with guests (not only with me also saw them arguing with other guests for issues that can easily be solved). They do not really live hospitality. I arrived 1 am at night (announcing many hours before and asking if it was ok) travelling with child. Very nice and welcoming in the evening. Was not aware that check out is 10am (though 11 am as in most hotels). So when trying to approach pool at 10.30 the almost yelled at me I have to pay extra for that etc. Relly not a hospiality approach. They tried then to solve it but the holiday energy was not like it should be ... Overall we enjoyed the super pool and nice rooms and also breakfast was good.

Beautifully renovated house with great choice of decoration. The owners are very attentive, friendly and great to help you with anything you need. The kids absolutely lived the great swimming pool, cats and the little dog Chicco. Breakfast was outstanding, under the beach umbrella outside. We absolutelly loved it! AND, it is close to Gardaland ;-)

Everythink has been perfect, owners has been enormous friendly. Strongly recomended.
