Wonderful stay at very cool location. So close to the attractions we wanted to see! Very peaceful neighborhood and most other guests were quiet. Being an older building it’s interesting to wonder who may have resided in these apartments that are so close to the studios.

First and foremost: this is an exceptionally clean apartment. Kyla communicated quickly and clearly when I needed help or info. There are a couple of downsides - the more minor one is that while there are places to sit, the apartment is not especially cozy. Its fine if you're using it as a place, mainly to sleep; it's not a place to lounge around. The more major issue is the bed, which is uncomfortable, especially for two people. The bed is rather soft and the mattress felt more like a foam pad. To Kyla: this would be an important upgrade in order for us to consider returning to the unit, which we otherwise liked a lot and would definitely come to again.

We came into town for a short trip to universal studios. We loved how quiet and clean the apartment was! Close to everything and the owner was super responsive and on top of everything! We’ll be back :)

The apartment was incredibly clean, well appointed and organized, and very nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. Neighborhood extremely quiet even though it is located right next to Warner Brothers Lot. We loved our stay and will stay here again. - family of 3..2 adults one 3rd grader.

Very nice property. It was convenient to get to Burbank and Studio City. We had one issue with hot water but the owner was very responsive. It was fixed within the hour. Definitely would stay here again

We were in Burbank to spend Thanksgiving week with our daughter and son-in-law. Their apartment is about a 3/4 mile walk from this location, so it was quite convenient for us. The street is quiet despite the freeway being located right at the end of the street. The apartment was bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Back yard is a nice private spot. Best yet, Kyla was quite responsive to our questions. We are pleased we chose this VRBO for our stay.

Apt was clean and orderly. Mattress was comfortable. The backyard seating area with firepit and lights was an added bonus. Quiet neighborhood, close to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Warner Bros gift shop was across the street with a Starbucks inside. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in the area.

This 1-bedroom apartment in Burbank, 1/2 a block from the Warners lot, is an ideal location for a trip to LA. Close to the Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Observatory and many other iconic locations, and walking distance from many lovely restaurants. Could no recommend it more.

It was a cute apartment near Universal, WB studios and so many good food places! The place was clean, backyard was cute, and the host was so sweet. I would definitely come back.

This is a good spot for extended stays in the Los Angeles area. It was clean and well maintained with great outdoor space. The property contact was very responsive. Overall a good experience.

The perfect place to stay The place is clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped with all supplies that you would need. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people especially who are in town doing work at Universal or Warner Bros.. So much better than the local hotels

You will feel like you have a home in Burbank. Walk across street to Warner Brothers tour. Perfect location for anything related to NYFA. HOST IS EXCELLENT

I stayed for two weeks during a summer residency. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was so great to come back to a quiet sunny space after a long day. Having coded locks was an added bonus. The area is super cute and walkable to restaurants and grocery stores in Toluca Lake. But, freeway access was also close. Would definately stay again.

Kyla is an amazing hostess. I never saw her but we communicated about this beautiful property for almost a year. I was so nervous because Burbank is so far from where we traveled from. The property was super clean, and beautifully set up. It was fully furnished and had a washer and dryer, beautiful kitchen and nice living room The location is on a super quiet street and we walked next door to WB studios. I want to stay here again when we go to California again.

This place was exactly what I needed as a long term renter. It was set in a wonderful location— quiet, beautiful areas to walk, and close proximity to Starbucks, Warner Brothers, and Whole Foods as well as many other nice restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped with the basics and it felt very safe and comfortable. Kyla was very kind and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help with something. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m back in the Los Angeles Area!!
