Sand Diamond Villa est une prestigieuse villa récemment rénovée située sur la plage privée de sable blanc de Jimmy Hill. La villa porte le nom du magnifique sable qui l'entoure. Si vous cherchez à sortir de tout cela avec intimité et tranquillité c'est l'endroit! La villa se trouve à la fin d'un "cul-de-sac" loin des bruits de la Queens Hwy. Vous pouvez passer des jours sans voir une âme sur cette plage de 2 miles de long. Et il n'y a pas de voisins! Après avoir été accueilli à l'aéroport par l'un des membres du personnel, il faudra seulement 3 minutes en voiture pour atteindre votre paradis!
La maison principale, avec son plan d'étage ouvert et plafonds cathédrale, dispose de 2 chambres de maître (lits king) chacune avec sa propre salle de bain nouvellement rénovées. Il y a 2 chambres au deuxième étage mansardées. Une avec un lit queen et la deuxième a 3 lits simples qui pourraient être convertis en un roi plus 1 simple. Ces 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain (s'il vous plaît noter qu'en raison de la pente plafonds cette douche offre une hauteur limitée de 5 "6 '). Il y a une suite dans un bâtiment indépendant avec un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain.
NOUVEAU À LA VILLA: nous avons maintenant une «chambre familiale» avec son propre espace télé! Il se compose de 2 lits superposés adjacents, avec un matelas double en bas et un matelas simple en haut. Cette chambre seule peut accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a aussi une mezzanine pour permettre aux enfants de jouer sans être dérangés par leurs parents! 😉

La maison vient avec beaucoup de jouets pour les enfants de tous âges! Comme 2 kayaks, un paddle board, des planches de surf, des snorkels (masques à technologie tubeless plus hygiénique), des ballons de football, des frisbees, des jouets de plage, etc ... Il y a aussi beaucoup de chaises longues pour profiter de vos heures heureuses sur la plage! Si vous préférez le confort et les nuances, nous avons un ensemble étendu de chaises longues et de canapés. Vous pouvez profiter de notre gazebo couvert de 30 'x 30' près de la plage ou vous pouvez utiliser la table à manger extérieure (véranda couverte) qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

We traveled with 4 adults and a 13,12,9, and 3 year old. The listing and pictures were accurate. Off the main house and a separate back and side door was two bedrooms and shared bathroom, but it was perfect for us. Everything was clean and having the pool was a great break from the ocean, especially for the kids. The kitchen was great and had all the appliances and utensils you would want.We would highly recommend this house! Endalyn was the property manager and she was wonderful and communicative.

Our family had an incredible stay at the Sand Diamond. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed dinners around the very large dining table, playing games in the living room & cooking meals in the great kitchen! Our favorite place to relax was the gazeebo overlooking the ocean! The beach and ocean were stunning. The kids loved having the pool to swim in once they got tired of the waves! We loved our time here & will definitely be back!

San Diamond Villa was perfect for the 10 of us (included 2 families and 2 moms/grandmas) and 1 toddler. The house was equipped with a pack and play and high chair which was great! It is centrally located on the island. About 25 minutes from Coco Plum Beach and 45 minutes from Tropic of Cancer. The house was literally down the street from the airport and a 15 minute walk on the beach to Tims on the Bay. This was my families 3rd time to the islands/ and to be honest, we never really had to leave the house. The beach was beautiful. One of the best beaches on the island in our opinion. Having the pool was great to use before and after the beach to wind down. There was more than enough towels and even blankets for cooler weather or lounging inside. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We cooked every day and never felt we were missing an item. The appliances including the washer and dryer are new. We never went without electricity due to the generator. House held up wonderfully during the quick storms. Beds were super comfy. We slept great! Endalyn was very responsive to all our emails while at the house. AC worked great. So good we were cold sometimes. The canoes and paddle board were a huge bonus. Honestly, this house was super comfy and safe. We felt very homey while staying in paradise. P.S. Bring bug spray!

We surprised a family member with a birthday gift to the Bahamas! They had a cake and decorations all set up when we arrived and the cake was amazing! The house was beautiful and very clean. The weather was 80 and sunny and all went smooth! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

This house and the island were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 small children. We have been to over fifteen different Caribbean islands and Exuma is now at the top of our list for laid back vibe and breathtakingly beautiful beaches. Sand Diamond villa is perfectly located--so close to the airport, 10 minute drive to the closest grocery store, and on a gorgeous long beach that is practically deserted most of the time. The beach even has a beach bar/restaurant to visit. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of seating for our group both inside and out. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very nice with great towels. The house is exactly as pictured and Endolyn, the manager, was wonderful and very responsive. We had an issue with an air conditioner in one of the bedrooms, which we could have worked around, but she sent out a repairman that same day to fix it. We had Vibe Exuma deliver dinner to us the day we arrived and Chef Gavin Nottage prepare and serve a dinner for us one night and both were wonderful. I would highly recommend both! We also had a wonderful day exploring other cays on boats that we rented from Minns. The only issue with this island is that there are some type of biting bugs so bring bug spray. Also, when you go to the grocery store stock up well as we learned that they do run out of some items and are unable to re-stock until a ship arrives. We will definitely return to Exuma and hope to rent Sand Diamond Villa again!

Really recomend the place! We were a family of 11 adults and 1 baby. Everything was wonderful! The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, the beach is one of the best we ever seen! Had to rent beach supplies! Close to many places. Endelyn the house manager is so friendly and helpful. Helped us with everything we needed at any time! PLEASE COME TO SAND DIAMOND!

The location of the rental was perfect. It is several minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island. It is a short drive to Georgetown and also a short drive to the north for many other options.
The property has so much to do and so much to offer. The pool, the covered lounge area near the beach and being so close to the ocean was wonderful. There is plenty of water sports supplies for use as well.
Inside the home, they have virtually everything you need. There is plenty of room for large parties and the kitchen was stocked very well.
The home itself needs some TLC. We had two A/C units that didn't work great and shut down at one point during our stay. Two of the doors didn't function very well and we had a member of our party get locked inside the separate living quarters. This was a bit of a safety concern. However, Esther, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive and very sweet to deal with. There are obviously some limitations due to being on the island so certain parts/pieces may not be readily available.
Overall, we absolutely loved our experience and can't wait to visit the island again.

Look no further, this is paradise! This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and it was very organized and clean. The layout and amenities made everyone happy from grandparents to kiddos. The pool was serviced several times during our stay, the property manager was very responsive, and the beach is breath taking. We did cook most meals and the kitchen is well appointed. On two nights we had Chef Cat from Vibe (@vibeexuma) cater meals which I completely recommend! Overall this was a family trip to remember and it wouldn't have been SO AMAZING if this house didn't live up to the listing. It sure did!

Our family had an amazing week! The house and property was gorgeous. The house was fully equipped with everything a family could possibly need. The snorkel gear, paddle board, kayak, and beach chairs was a major plus and greatly appreciated. We loved exploring the island and meeting the locals. Sand Diamond Villa was absolutely amazing. The interior was very spacious and comfortable and beautiful . Lots of sleeping areas. We only had 6 in our party and the house could have slept twice that amount. The private pool and private beach were just what we wanted. Every morning the routine was to grab a cup of coffee and get to the lounge chairs to watch the sun rise. Magical place. My 2 grandsons were blown away by the clear water and powder soft sand. If we ever return to the Exumas we will definitely be there!

Overall this place is amazing, the white sand beach, the blue waters, the pool, the house everything was as advertised. Our family and friends had a wonderful stay. Very convenient just 4-5 min from the airport, pretty much in the middle of other dining and markets. 1 mile of beach, walks, sunrises and water were the highlights. Thanks for the memories.

Flew in the midst of one of biggest storms Exuma has had in 7 years (according to locals) Lots of roads closed but we were able to find groceries near by and Esther was amazing in helping us feel welcome! Beds were great, A/C worked great...kitchen awesome! Thank you Espresso machine! The only item that is missing is a generator for when the power goes out...which was often due to storms. Small expense for this home...shouldn't be an issue. Door locks do NOT work. Need to be replaced completely but otherwise a 5 star time! Thank you for opening your home to our family.

Our family had a great time at the Sand Diamond Villa. The pool and beach were definitely our favorite part. The beach is gorgeous and very quiet. The kids were entertained all day long. There was plenty of parking for our 4 cars, the kitchen was very well stocked and there are lots of beach towels. I would note that the upstairs rooms have slanted ceilings (kind of like a loft), so those rooms are better for shorter folks or kids. Hoping we will be back soon!

We had a total of 4 adults and 6 kids stay at the Sand Diamond Villa. We could not have had a better experience from booking the home until checkout. The house was clean and just as advertised. The property manager was easily accessible to answer any questions and was always prompt with their response. We will definitely be coming back to the Sand Diamond Villa soon!

We had an amazing time for my 50th birthday. There were 8 adults and the house was so comfortable, spacious & well appointed. Beach is gorgeous and private. Pool was wonderful and the location is excellent for getting around. Make sure you read the house binder, lots of great information there. Noseeums did bite at night, but they had plenty of Skin So Soft available at the house which helped a lot. Absolutely book a day out on the water with Cays To Exuma. Jason & Graham were awesome guides! We made fabulous memories and will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

To celebrate my husband's birthday, 4 couples stayed at Sand Diamond Villa. The layout was nice and there was plenty of space for everyone. The open floorplan allowed everyone to be part of the festivities and conversations. The outdoor space was large and provided plenty of seating for either dining or just lounging. Our favorite place was the cabana with lounge chairs... drank coffee and watched the ocean every morning. Plenty of towels, blankets and toys. Sadly the water was too rough for kayaking or paddle boarding but it was available. The only issue was with the snorkel gear as there were plenty of fins and life jackets but no masks! We had a great time and would highly recommend the house!

Love this property. Beautiful. Heated Pool was so nice on an overcast day. Went fishing with Bonefish Steve (Steve Furgurson) and did an all ay private boat trip with Sugar Adventures. Amazing.

We loved everything about the property. We also received quick responses on a couple questions we had when we got there. The pool and cabana areas are amazing! We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the beautiful blue waters of the ocean. Gorgeous! We really enjoyed the pool and the covered porch area. The inside of the house offers everything you need for a great vacation with family or friends.

Just like the photo. We loved this house. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. We spent most of our time outside. The pool was wonderful and there were plenty of toys to enjoy in the water. Kitchen was well supplied. The setting is amazing.

We had a wonderful time at Sand Diamond Villa, 4 adults and 6 kids, last week of July 2022. Truly awesome experience for everyone. It’s no illusion, the water really is that turquoise! What you don’t get from the pictures is how soft the sand feels and how it stays cool to the touch even in the heat of day, the sound of the warm breeze through the palms, catching the first rays of sunrise from the cabana with a cup of joe, or stargazing around the pool at night. We crammed a lot into our week including a trip to Tropic of Cancer beach, lunch at Santana’s, dinners at Blu on the Water and CoCo Plum Bistro, guided boat trip to see stingrays and have lunch at Chat N Chill, followed by swimming with turtles at Hooper’s Bay and finding starfish at Starfish beach and Man-of-war sandbar. Our last full day we explored Exuma Point beach and were surprised to have it all to ourselves! This is a beautiful island, not a busy island - if you’re up for a bit of adventure and getting away from the crowds, this island has what you need. Marie-Francis is great, and Esther and Karin are very helpful and responsive, and the people of Exuma are the absolute BEST! If you give this island a chance, you may fall in love with it like we did. Oh yeah, and ice cold Kalik is good but Goombay Smash is da greatest! - AMB

the villa is wonderful and offers all the comfort that we expected. the rooms are spacious and furnished with lots of charm. The living and kitchen area is perfect for a larger group. we enjoyed it very much and recommend it.
only the angular edges of the pool (stairs, seat) can be dangerous. the pool is a wonderful change from the sea. The pavilion is very romantic and invites you to chill out!

Sand Diamond Villa
We stayed at the Sand Diamond Villa June 2022. We had 5 adults, 3 children aged 12, 12, and 6. We throughly enjoyed the home, its location to the airport, and location to restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores. The house itself is well appointed, all appliances, pots, pans, and coffee makers you could possible need. We also enjoyed having access to the grill for cooking out. A few need to knows or request… The 2 king bedrooms share a bathroom (not a huge problem for us but we vacationed with close friends) there is an additional bathroom in the main house which has a shower so our friends opted to use that bathroom most of the time. The upstairs bedrooms have a bathroom that is idea for children as the bathtubs ceiling is slanted and shorter than usual. The additional bedrooms and bath are in a separate house, which is accessed from its own exterior door. Our 12 year olds and 23 year old were comfortable in their own unit but should be noted if you have younger kiddos. The door to the separate unit needs a curtain of some sort over the all glass door. You can see right inside, which was somewhat uncomfortable for the kids the first few nights. The bathroom in the separate unit is also shared.

I can’t say enough about how excellent this property is. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. It’s amazingly beautiful and impeccably well maintained. The beach is stunning with the bluest water you’ll ever see. The pool was new and perfect for relaxing and swimming, we didn’t see a sole at the beach all week so we had it to ourselves, and the outdoor gazebo and patio was where we made so many good memories ❤️ I would stay at this house again in a heartbeat. Our family loved it. The sunrises were breathtaking. It’s a little slice of heaven!

AMAZING HOUSE & BEACH!
A group of 10 adult friends (4 couples and two singles) planned a reunion trip back to Exuma and stayed in Sand Diamond Villa. The house was well equipped, stocked, and the overall layout was fantastic. Plenty of towels, pool floats, and kitchen items. The beach was one of the best we've stayed on!!!
A point of clarification that might help others on sleeping arrangements: In the main house there are two king bedrooms downstairs that share one bath (well suited for sharing: toilet, shower, and sink areas are all split/private by separate doors.) Upstairs there is a queen bedroom and a room with three twins that share a small bath with a short shower (5 ft headroom). There is a second full bath separate from the bedrooms that has a small shower and laundry facility. The attached second cottage area has a bunk room with TWO twin over queen bunks and a separate master suite. These two sleeping areas share a large bath.
Karin and Endalyn were great about communicating prior and during the trip. The house is well stocked, maintained, and in a GREAT location on the island. We've stayed much further north before and this was much closer to town, errands, and provisions. The beach on this part of the island is one of the best you'll lay eyes on. ENJOY! We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Second Stay at Sand Diamond
We enjoyed our stay in July 2021 so much that we came back for another week in May 2022! There were ten in our group, including two younger children, and we had a great time. The pool is perfect and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. A few minor issues came up during the stay which the property manager responded to extremely promptly, as well as answering other questions we had about the island very quickly. A very enjoyable week.

Paradise Found
The Sand Diamond Villa is spectacular! Centrally located on the island of Exuma and very close to the airport makes it the perfect start of every island adventure. The home itself is very large, sleeps many while being safe, warm and comfortable. Having the pool was great option and well enjoyed. Our manager Karin Knowles was super helpful answering questions in a timely manner and pointing us to the right people to book fishing trips, scuba diving, a private dinner with a local chef, and the best restaurants worth exploring. She made the trip super easy. Thank you for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven and we cannot wait to come back!

Paradise
Property was spacious and well stocked. There were 11 of us and we never felt like we were in each other's way or on top of each other. The bathrooms are the only unique thing that I would want to make sure other renters are aware of. The two primary bedrooms share a bathroom. The upstairs bathroom shower head is at about 5 feet high. The other two bathrooms are fine. Beds were all comfortable. Wi-Fi was fine for the first few days but was then non-existent. If you need internet that is not via your cell phone, this island is probably not for you. The view, the pool, and the private beach make up for the lack of internet.

Excellent property on an island paradise
Our group of 10 including four adults and six children ages 3 to 10 had an amazing one week trip to this property during spring break. The island of Exuma is absolutely magical. The house is located a quick three minute drive from the Exuma airport which was wonderful with small kids after a long flight. It is about 15 minutes or so to the city center and that is one downside but there are scattered markets and stores in between. The house itself was more than enough space for our group and we enjoyed the updated bathrooms and large common area. Our kids loved the pool and the gazebo out by the beach was a wonderful spot to keep an eye on the ocean and the pool at the same time. The water was a bit rough and it was windy but that is a wildcard weather variable that can’t be controlled.
The house was well supplied with kayak, paddleboard, snorkeling, etc. for outdoor activities.
Beach is wonderfully secluded and we rarely saw other people on the beach.
Karin from the management company is an absolute treasure and answered our numerous questions. She also set us up with wonderful chef, boating, and babysitting options!
We will be back!

50 Shades of Blue
We enjoyed absolutely everything about staying at Sand Diamond Villa. The views of the beautiful water was mesmerizing. The house was set up with everything we needed and was very clean. So close to the airport but still quiet. Only saw a handful of people walking on the beach while we were there so it was very private. The pool was so refreshing and relaxing to hear the ocean while floating. Karin, the property manager was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions. A wonderful week at Sand Diamond Villa!

Better than expected
An amazing vacation in paradise. The property manager met us at the property for check in and showed us around the beautiful house. She was extremely helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. We had the entire beach and private poop to ourselves. We will definitely be back
