Bill is a great host! Very responsive and provided all the information you need to enjoy the area. The beach is a safe 8 minute walk from the spacious and well-equpped condo.

Condo is near grocery store, trolley stop and a short walk to the beach. You can park your car in the covered space and head out to the fun!

The condo is better than the pictures. It was very clean and fully stocked on cleaning items and a lot of other things not expected. The storage room full of beach items added to our fun. It is Convenient to beach and we enjoyed the balcony that overlooked the preserve area. It was quiet and very private feeling yet located close to grocery store and other amenities. We hope to come back again

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Bills condo. The pictures posted don’t do it Justice, much nicer in person. Bill emailed/texted a few days prior to check in and responded within an hour with any questions or corners. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a wonderful week here. It felt like home, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy couches and plenty of room. Our host was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is good with a Publix right across the street and Manatee Beach just a couple blocks away. We loved our stay here. Not handicap accessible as the unit is above the car port so you do need to climb the stairs to reach it. Overall a great condo!

Budget friendly, great location, quiet neighborhood, but disappointed pool was not available; however, going forward the pool renovation is complete, and will be available for future guests.

Clean and very conveniently located condo apartment for up to two couples. Full-size kitchen, proximity of the beach and grocery store make it ideal location for a vacation of any duration. Nice and caring host made everything he could to make this time unforgettable.

Property was a great deal for the price! Location is great with the beach just a couple blocks away. Communication was easy & quick.

Many things we liked about this property: - Bill (the owner) is an honest and friendly person; - The actual apartment is much better than shown in the pictures - I think the pictures should be updated because don't make justice for the property. Actually, this is a cozy property and with everything you need to live in an apartment is there: cutlery, pans, detergent, soap, bags, wine bottle openers, everything, you won't need anything if you are going to cook something or wash your clothes or even to stay in the home when you have bad weather, sign on on your Netflix, streaming service to watch on TV; - I also think is the more cost-effective place to stay you can get; - You have many conveniences close by, grocery, restaurants, stores, beach; - you can go to the beach walking or take the free island trolley to go to the wonderful beaches, like the Bean Point. If you is going elsewhere out of the island, the bridge is right there; - The sofas are comfortable and spacious; - The balcony is perfect to relax drinking something during the evenings or the early morning viewing the mangrove; - Everything is done so you feel at home and my dog also had this feeling, since he always strange new places; - Last but not least, this property is also very good to keep your privacy, since out of the balcony, for example, you can only see the mangrove, which is nice. I truly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a convenient location! Worked perfect for our group of young adults and young married couples.

We very much enjoyed our trip! Bill was very informative and helpful through our stay. The condo itself was clean, easy to find, and well maintained! We were able to cook instead of eating out as much with ease. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels, and had beach chairs and wagon to use! I always bring extra having children but i never unpacked alot due to this condo having it! Easy walk to beach! We plan to stay again!

The unit is clean, comfortable, and spacious and in a great location, just a short easy walk from the beach and centrally located on the island. The lanai overlooks the mangroves and has a fan so it's a great place to hang out even on hot days, though the furniture set up is more for 'sitting' than dining, so it's not as comfortable for eating meals, but there are small fold out wooden tables that make it work. The pool is a short pleasant walk and was never crowded. Bill was friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay again.

I feel so fortunate that we chose this property with Bill Viner being the owner. I don't have anything negative to say, in any way. The condo was perfect! The location was perfect! Bill is fantastic! Bill is super responsive if you have any questions about about condo or even the area. We will stay here again, for sure!

Excellent host, comfortable and quiet condo but close to shops. The pool was lovely, we took one last swim the morning we left even though it was cool outside. The beach was so close and we used the chairs and umbrella and even the cart. Would stay again😊

I almost passed this one up. So glad I didn’t. Bill’s place is great. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The condo is clean and efficient. Kitchen looked to be fully stocked (I don’t cook on vacation). Beds are comfortable. Rooms are spacious. The location is walking distance to shopping, food, ice cream, bus and beach. Bill was quick to respond to my questions. The pool is within walking distance from the condo and nice to relax in. As some other reviewers mentioned, the upstairs neighbors can be heard. If a heavy foot or running children bother you, maybe check before staying. We didn’t see this as an issue though. We hope to stay here again.

Bill is wonderful, great communication and he was flexible when we needed to tweak arrival time due to unexpected delay. The condo has most all you need for your stay, the king bed is comfortable (we did not use queen), the private view over the mangroves is lovely, and this is located in a perfect location on the island for access to the beach, restaurants, and all you need. Some repairs and upgrades could be done and there is different furniture in the living area than pictured. For price and location, we recommend and would stay again.

Located right across the street from a Publix, CVS, various beach shops and eateries, and under a 5 minute stroll to the beach. A 6 night stay with my girlfriends 14 and 16 YO went very smoothly. I won't say it's on the level of a high end luxury resort, however I wasn't expecting that for the price point. There is a peaceful view off the balcony, enough covered parking for 2 average sized cars, and a storage unit with more than adequate beach supplies. While everyone else is waiting in traffic to get across the causeway, you will already be there settling in on the sand. I would definitely rent this unit again. Owner is very responsive to questions, don't hesitate to ask. Enjoy your stay!

Bill was an amazing host and our stay was perfect. The two bed two bath was great for my friend and I to share while visiting family. The condo also had a gorgeous view and is close to everything Anna Maria Has to offer. We will def look at staying here again:)

If you want to be close to the beach for a reasonable price, this is your place. This 2 bedroom condo is comfy and has a great view of the mangroves. It is just a few blocks walk to the beach. It is also close to a supermarket and pharmacy. I would stay here again!

The owner cancel our trip, when we was on the road between our home and our vacation. Next three hours we have a problems: where and when our vacation team (4 people) will sleep, eat and other living questions. Very thanks VRBO team for helping us - rent hotel for next night and rent another vacation place., The owner of previous house didn't tell us nothing.

Rented this condo for 4 nights for a girls trip. Condo had plenty of room, was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies and especially beach equipment. We took advantage of the chairs, floats, umbrella and beach wagon. Located across the street from Publix in a safe, well lit community and within walking distance to the beach. We took advantage of the free island trolley that makes a stop right outside the complex. Communication with the owner was great and check in couldn’t have been easier. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our first vacation on Anna Maria Island. The condo was a home away from home, very well located with easy access to the free trolley that took us up and down the island, short walk to the beach, Publix grocery store across the road, several stores, restaurants, dollar tree, Walgreens and CVS walking distance. The condo was well stocked, the beds and futon comfortable to sleep on. We would love to stay here in the future. Very reasonably priced. Mr. Bill Viner is very personable and easy to talk with.

The property was very nice and well kept. The grounds were beautiful. The 2 pools were nice. We loved that we could bring our dog with us. We didnt like the fact that there weren't many dog friendly places but that's nothing to with the property. The condo was very nice and cozy. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We didnt spend much time out there due to Florida's mugginess. We would definitely stay here again.
