Dans la zone pleine romantique, à quelques pas de la plage de La Concha, à côté de l'hôtel de ville, la Plaza Gipuzkoa, ancien et de l'intérêt du Parti partout.
Idéalement situé dans le centre-ville, la vieille ville avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse sur la baie de La Concha. A côté de la ville de Hall jardins d'Alderdi Eder et la promenade et la plage de La Concha.
A deux pas de tous les commerces, les plages de La Concha et La Zurriola et la vieille ville, où la culture, la basilique de Santa Maria, l'église de San Vicente, Musée de San Telmo, et des mélanges alimentaires avec beaucoup de bars où vous pourrez déguster les fameux pintxos.
A 5 minutes du Congrès Kursaal, (l'œuvre de l'architecte Rafael Moneo célèbre), où tout au long de l'année, il y a un grand culturel, Festival International du Film, Quinzaine Musicale, concerts, comédies musicales, etc. ainsi que de nombreuses conférences.
Dans son voisinage, il y a toutes sortes de transport, les bus urbains et interurbains, stations de taxis, et est situé à 15 minutes à pied de la gare et la gare routière.

My wife and I visited San Sebastián along with a couple that we travel with. Juan was a great host. He was at the Porto greet us at check in and explain everything that we needed to know for our next few days. Juan was very quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location as well as the host. We had a great expand look forward to returning some day.

This apartment was everything what we expected and what was promised in the description.
Our kind host Juan started to communicate with us well beforehand before our arrival and we agreed the check-in schedule. Although we were a bit early, the check-in was flexible and we met with the host and he gave us an excellent introduction not only to the apartment but also surrounding restaurants and sightseeings.
The apartment had very well equipped kitchen, spacey livingroom, clean bathroom and nice two bedrooms. On top of everything, there was an amazing terrace with a great sea view but unfortunately we could not utilized it due to raining weather (that was not definitely apartment's fault).
The apartment had an excellent location - you could easily walk to the beach or old town or city center within a couple of minutes. We had also a rental car but there was not any parking available from the host but once again he gave us good instructions to reserve parking from La Concha parking hall that was nearby (only 5 mins of walking).
The only minor issues with the apartment were bedroom squeaky hinge (needs a drop of oil) and shower head that was not so smooth to use (more alike water fall rather than raining). But these were so minor issues - only just to indicate that how great apartment was in overall.

Great location with an amazing view!
This property exceeded our expectations! The location was steps from the beach, and only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop deck. Check in was very smooth, and the apartment was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Location!
Wish we had booked a longer stay and can’t wait to return. First visit to beautiful San Sebastián and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Great balcony views and close to everything. Owners are very accommodating and helpful. Cannot wait to return again for a longer stay!

Following our Camino Del Norte, we stayed here and enjoyed our time immensely. What an absolute pleasure. Location was excellent and the hosts were very good with communicating. I’m looking forward to rebooking next year.

Great location, cozy place
Overall the place was very nice and met most of our expectations. Everything was nice, clean and basic furnishings, with instructions that were clear even though not everything had a translation from Spanish, so Google translate helped where needed.
Main bed was very comfortable and being on the 7th (top) floor we were able to keep the windows open at night for cool evening breezes and sounds of the surf. The extra bedroom did have 2 twin beds, even though they were your basic cots with mattresses on top but we didn't need to use them so not a big deal.
The kitchen had the all the basics utensils, dishware and pans to prepare light meals such as breakfast, but with the old town 2 blocks away with great pintxos available we cooked less than we thought we would.
Some very minor things regarding lack of basic supplies, which we are used to having provided at rental homes in the USA. For examples; no laundry detergent provided so we had to find a shop which sold some, only one small trash for the entire place tucked under the kitchen sink, with no extra trash bags so we bought some of those too. No trash can was provided in the bathroom (for things which should not be flushed) so we had to set up a bag under the sink. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided, which 2 adults can easily go through in 6 days, but luckily we didn't need to buy more although we did run out on the very last morning, so paper napkins which we also had to buy, from the kitchen, worked in a pinch.
But really we had a pleasant stay and Jose, our host, was easy to communicate with even though our Spanish and his English were minimal, it was not really a problem.
We would likely stay here again, primarily because it was the perfect location for access to the old town restaurant scene and the beach front areas.

The entire experience renting this property was exceptional.
Before arrival: Responsiveness and clear communication, recommendations and connections to Michelin starred restaurants, referral to a stellar tour company.

Amazing apartment in a wonderful location with both character and efficiency. The balcony was terrific with views to all sides of the city. Located near pretty much anything you'd want to do as a tourist. Communication with property management company was very easy.

Clean and Simple - Perfect location!
The Airbnb was very clean and simple. The location was absolutely perfect. It is in walking distance to each part of the city. Close to the city center and the grocery store, most importantly, the beach!

This was the perfect vacation, splendid food, location and atmosphere!
We were most delighted with this apartment. Absolutely perfect location, close to the old town with all nice restaurants. Also close to som nice shopping. The apartment had a beautiful ocean view, and the terrace were really nice. The apartment felt modern and perfect for us, 4 adults. We got a really good introduction from the landlord and some fine recommendations on which restaurants served the best pintox.
We can really recommend this apartment and a trip to SanSeb.

Perfect Location and Breathtaking Views
This property could not be in a better location. You are in the center of everything, and just a quick walk to all the best parts of town. >5 minutes to the beach, old town, bridges, etc. The hosts also gave us awesome recommendations of where to eat. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and accomodation
Just few meters away from the beach, surrounded by stores, bars and restaurants but still in a quiet peaceful street.
Apartment had everything we needed travelling with a baby, good bed, all clean. Nice view too.

Perfect San Sebastian Stay
This apartment was a great find. Very nice, clean, updated, and right where you want to be in San Sebastian. Location was amazing. Close walk to everything. Had a nice deck with a view of the water and other sites. Situated right between the old city and city centre for easy access to everywhere. We were able to wash clothes in the washer as needed. Use the kitchen. It was an easy, comfortable stay. Much bigger than I expected. Also, Jose was a perfect host. He spent time with us, shared information about the city, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for a great stay in San Sebastian. Hope to come back again soon.
